Great Clean Room

The room was extremely clean, bed comfortable my only problem was I wanted a room with a Jacuzzi tub which I got but it did not have many jets. I was in the area for a requirement for my master's program at Purdue Calumet so was looking forward to a nice relaxing Jacuzzi but that did not happen.

Our guests are accustomed to soft beds, so they found these hard and somewhat uncomfortable. There were spider webs hanging (easy to see) in the corner. But other than that, the guests seemed pleased and I was impressed with what I observed. Thank you.

A little disappointed but for the price

The location was great. The room was satisfactory, except the air conditioning didn't seem to work that great. My biggest disapointment was the pool. For it being an indoor pool it was really dirty. There was a lot of dirt at the bottom. The staff was very nice though, and our stay overall was pleasant.

The room cleanliness was generally OK. The bathroom curtain had a terrible smell and needed to be cleaned or changed out. Very disappointed in the bed. Rolled to the middle. Usually HI express facilities are good - not this one. Make sure the bed is comfortable!!!! The bathroom needs to have a pleasant odor when you first enter. Another thing I believe would be really appealing is to change out all the toilets to "comfort height" units. This may be too expensive but for taller people it would be very appealing and user friendly. Will not return to this facility.
