not the best and not the worst i've stayed in.

WOW!! For the price this hotel was awesome. Nice and clean rooms. VERY comfortable bed and linens.

“Stuck in a smoking room”

I was not happy about being in a smoking room. My son has asthma and I could not change my reservation. I did not know their were still hotels that allow smoking in the room. I tried everything to get the smoke smell out. This was a bad experience.

“pool shut down because of unclean”

I was so dissappointed. Pool was shut down for the three nights I booked because of unclean water reasons. Also, all three nights there were no snacks ans soft drinks in ANY of the vending machines. I was told at the front desk that the manager was on vacation and it's his responsibility to stock the machines; I was told to go next door! Unbelievable!!

“Not impressed”

Advertised 'hot' breakfast was a joke. OJ watered down and most offerings gone by 8 am. Someone had tracked mud into lobby and hall and no effort was observed to clean it up.

I tried the Expedia Unpublished Rate search for my reservation which was up to 40% off the hotel rate. I searched on a hotel that was 2.5 stars. What I didn't know was that they gave me a smoking room in a facility that should have only been rated a 1.5 star at most. I had no idea I would be given a smoking room, nor was there any selection process to choose from where I could select non-smoking or smoking. Upon check-in the hotel told me they had no other rooms to give me. They did bring up an air purifier only after contacting an Expedia Supervisor to complain about the room. Other than the horrid smell, the room showed numerous signs of aging and furniture being beat-up. The towels were horrible, the sink finish had worn off and the drywall under the shower head was bubbling and coming off. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone at 2.5 stars.
