“great hotel”

don't know what other people's problem with this hotel comes from. hotel room was clean, updated and quiet. Staff was friendly. 4 star quality at 3 star prices.

“Too Much Activity Going On!!”

This hotel is a very nice hotel, however there is too much traffic and activity at this hotel. There was toooooo much noise in this hotel!!!! Each night there were people screaming and yelling outside of my room at 3:00 in the morning and each day I had to call the front desk. There were beer bottles left in the hotel hallways from the nights before. People were drunk and loud both nights. Also the parking is terrible because they have many events open to the public for this hotel and they don't make sure that the staying customer is able to have a parking space and so we had to park far away and walk to our hotel. This was so disappointing for the price we paid. Also we had the sleep number bed that didn't work in my room nor my other friends room, I had to call the maid in to change my cover that had brown spots on it.

“Perfect Getaway for a concert”

What a perfect place for a small concert venue - can't believe we haven't done this before. We are already looking for another concert to attend so we can go back to the hotel. Very impressed with all workers at the bars and restaurants with the exception of the bartenders at the lobby bar. Not very friendly.

the sleep number bed was fantastic and the waterfall pool in the loby was beautiful!!!

First, michael bolton was ausome! The convience of leaveing your coat in the room and walking thru the inclosed walkway to the concert was great!!!

“Average hotel convenient to Star Theater”

Very nice pool and hot tubs, room on the other hand was small with the bathroom needing a major overhaul – the bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way, it hit the toilet and there were rust stains on the ceiling.

“Probably the best Merrivillle has to offer...”

The customer service was "blah" but the room was great, it just took a few twists and turns to get there. I didn't know they had Sleep Number beds so that was a wonderful surprise. I had the best sleep ever that night. The Radisson in Merriville is in a great location. There's plenty shopping, food options and it's near the interstate. Be sure to pack a swimsuit, I was disappointed that I was ill prepared. There were adult and family pool options.

“We had a nice overnight stay.”

The hotel is a bit dated but still very nice. The atmosphere of the lobby was very nice and very condusive to relaxing. The water fall, indoor pool, and lounge areas were nice as well. The outdoor pool was very nice as well. Our room was very clean and neet. The beds were comfortable and the sleep number bed was pretty cool. We enjoyed ourselves. We will go back again. Dislike: Probably the cabanas that were for private use only. It was kind of like getting a room but 'watch were you' go because someone might have that spot reserved. We werent sure where we could walk and where we couldnt....strange.

Southlake Mall is right there and is very big with plenty to check out.

“The bed was SOOOO uncomfortable, I could not sleep well.”

The bed had a setting to go from hard to soft, I could NOT tell the difference. I could NOT wait to get home to my Stern& Foster!
