Family Reunion

Pros: Close to numerous restaraunts.
We stayed two nights. The hotel was great! Quiet, clean room. Nearby restaurants were really good. Highly recommended.

I am not complaining because I did not pay a whole bunch for my overnight stay, however the bed was not very comfortable, and I had to deal with the noise of weekend slumber, and pool parties.

what a joke

went to meet family from hours away. when made reservations asked for 2 ajoining rooms. ended up with 1 room on 3 rd floor. other room on first floor at opposite ends. hotel was booked and couldn't get rooms closer. the rooms were very smelly and not clean. will never return. u can get a much cheeper hotel that is nicer for a cheeper price

Normally a great place for a get-away

Pros: Convenient location for local events. Great facility, normally.
Cons: Atrium times should be limited, or set up "quiet" times, due to closeness to the guest rooms. Parking areas should be specified to purpose of visit.
There was a show at the theater, and a few different events in the banquet rooms. We were there for a banquet hall event, with a room for the night. Parking was terrible, for getting anywhere near the main entrance, for being an overnight guest. Many were complaining about how far away they had to park, and tote their luggage in the snow. Theater people had filled the resident parking, and created quite a difficult situation for all those that tried to enter their needed access doors. Room had no hot water at bathroom sink. Breakfast buffet was overpriced and eggs & sausage were cold. Guests that night included many families, and kids were loudly allowed to scream and yell in the Atrium area and pool area near our room, beginning at 7:15am!!

When deciding a hotel I "thought " the Radisson would of been a great pick but I was COMPLETELY disappointed! The rooms are very out.dated and small! You can't control the temperature in the room and 2 of my kids got.sick from coming out of the pool into a cold room! When I called the front desk to have them turn the heat up they were no help and the room remained cold. Not only the room was cold but the hallways and the elevator! I would never rent another room from there nor suggest it to family or friends! I've been to "less cheaper " hotels where I have been completely satisfied, the cost of the room for the night is NOT worth it at all!

Failure to launch

No luggage carts,confused directions to room, children party scheduled for adults party weekend in pool hours after check in. Doors at entrance allow outside air, taking away pool ambiance all during stay.

Cons: The hotel is old needs update and only one resturant to go to
The hotel was cold we went to see the bee gees and the hall was ver cold

Pros: atmosphere and convenience of connection to Star Plaza-
Location: only stayed one night for a concert so didn't have the opportunity to experience anything else
Nice that the hotel was connected to the venue where we were going to a show. Very easy and convenient- great experience and I would come back

Nice stay

The hotel was nice we had stayed here before it's very convenient if your going to see a show at the star plaza which we were going to see Wynonna. We were disappointed to find out they took the hot tub out. Having starbucks and TJ Maloneys all attached to the hotel was a bonus! I will stay again and hopefully a summer concert so I ill be able to try out the outdoor pool and hottub area
