For the amount of $$ you spend , I would have expected a much more amenities. They got rid of the hot tub which was a nice complement to the pool. Hotels overall cleanliness was poor, garbage filled cans everywhere,dirty tables and floors. Staff was friendly but perhaps understaffed ;(

Cons: Turn up the temp on the pool. With it open to the outside doors opening and closing on the floor above. Cold waves of air made it a little chilly.
Location: Access to every kind of store you could think of within 5 minutes.
We had a very nice time. The staff was phenomenal, even to the point of one of the managers seeking me out, later in the day to congratulate me on my adoption. The pool was very nice and very clean, but I wish it had been a little warmer. Otherwise a perfect stay. thank you.

Dirty Hotel with no parking

Worst I have ever had. No place to park my car after paying $150 for a room. Noise all night long from the pool area, slamming doors and rude people. There was some sort of stuff all over the shower. I will never go back.

Staff friendly...especially room service and bartender. The food from the iris pub is hit or miss. Chicken one night so salty I could not eat it. Had to go to dairy queen instead. Mediocre hotel. 2 stars tops not three. But has potential. Which is sad.

Cons: Rooms and lobby atmosphere were shabby, run-down. Things were basically clean, but everything felt tired, cramped and dark.

Close to many restaurants, mall-Needs updating

Pros: The hotel is near any kind of restaurant you like and close to a nice mall. The Sleep Number beds were comfortable.
Cons: More staff over Holiday weekends. They are a convention center for shows so I would think that they have this figured out.

The hotel is near any kind of restaurant you like and close to a nice mall. We stayed over Labor Day weekend. They apparently had a large convention at the hotel that they couldn't handle. We couldn't get clean towels the second or third day until we asked, then had to wait for them, even while letting them know that we didn't need our room to be cleaned. The group took over the pool area with loud music and socializing both Saturday evening and Sunday. Sunday night from about 2-5 am we were woke up to drunks in the hallway yelling, slamming doors and running in the hallway. The hotel needs to be updated. The elevator seemed old and jerky and the carpet looked old. The photos show a more updated view than reality. I wouldn't stay there again.

Cons: Working Jacuzzi and suna
Location: The restaurants around were very good. You have Dennys, Dairy Queen and another one I don't remember the name. The mall was not far.
I decided to join my sister at the hotel to celebrate my 10 year Anniversary. I was very impressed. The hotel was very clean and neat, the staff members were very friendly, the sleep number bed spoiled us, the indoor pool with the waterfall just took my breath away. I was disappointed the the jaccuzi and suna was not available but overall my stay was perfect!
