“Convenient Local”

This Motel is well situated immediately off the highway and flanked by two decent resturaunts. Not over abundant with bells and whistles but certainly enough for a night or two.

Area recommendations

Both Andover and it's nieghbor Lawence have many places to eat and shop.

“Great Experience”

Very reasonably priced. Clean, modern, spacious rooms. Nice indoor pool. Breakfast was a bonus. Staff was pleasant during the worst of circumstances as the hotel was at capacity due to snow storm and regional power outages. I enjoyed my stay with a family of four and would highly recommend this hotel.

“GOOD VALUE”

HOTEL WAS QUITE COMFORTABLE INCLUDING THE BEDS. THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL & THE BREAKFAST WAS FINE AND INCLUDED HARDBOILED EGGS FOR PROTEIN.

“Sticky Breakfast room floors, but acceptable rooms”

On the first night, the TV did not work., Missing a bulb in one of the lamps. Brought to the front desk. The next day, TV worked. Light bulb was still missing and was never installed. The stickiest floor I have even stepped on in the breakfast room. Under staffed. Minimum service. Sheets and towers are clean. Filled with high school students from China for the so-called summer camps.

“College visit”

My son and I were attending college orientation at Merrimack College. This hotel was a nice place to stay at the right price for parent with three sons in college.

The Chateau was a great Italian eatery right near the hotel. Had wonderful takeout. Hotel was right off the interstate exit.

“Have stayed here on 3 occassions”

I come to MA one time per year since 2007. The second time I opted for another place to stay. After that I returned to this place. The staff has had little turnover since we have been coming. It is nice to see familiar and helpful people. We always enjoy our stay here. It is like a home away from home. That says a lot for a family from Tennessee!
