“Not Impressed”

“Not impressed”

The room was an uncomfortable temperature and no one could help us regulate it. In July you want it to be cool to sleep in, and it had to be close to 78.

“Good but not luxurious.”

The facilities like the pool arent really that great. The gym is okay , just a couple of treadmills and some old weight machines. It is clean and predictable though. chelmsford is a weird name for a town.

“Where I always stay when I visit the area”

Hotel is clean and has a nice gym with multiple machines and weights. The location is close to the freeway, but quiet. Also free wireless internet in the room is a plus.

“"GOOD PLACE FOR WEDDING"”

THERE WERE 2 SECTIONS TO THE HOTEL. WE HAD STAYED IN THE OLDER WING. IF WE WENT AGAIN WE WOULD ASK FOR THE NEW AREA. OUR ROOM WAS A LITTLE OLD.

“Highly disappointed”

Braeakfast was supposed to be included it wasn't. Our room and the pool were in different buildings and the sleep number bed that they proudly advertise did not work and was uncomfortable. It was ok but, even the little things add up.

“An Aged Hotel - Needs a Reno.”

My family and I have stayed here before. Not a luxury hotel, but better than a discount hotel. The interior needs some renovation. The beds are a bit old and saggy (but so am I!). The customer service was very good: I had requested a King bed - got 2 full. Moved to a King bed room. Room was over the laundry. AC couldn't keep up! AC was set to 65 - still about 95 in the room. Complained - was them moved to a suite for no extra charge. That's good customer service.

Getting around

I strongly suggest a GPS. The roads are twisty, curvy and lots of wooded area. And - lack of street signs just when you need them.

Quite good for a small city.Rest,bar convenient and good with satisfying drinks and fast food for a tired traveler.
