“guest beware”
This is certainly a low end price lodging, and the accommodations and service reflect this. Marriott intends this type of hotel to be "self-service". Don't expect much and you will be satisfied. It is a place intended for the long term guest - 30 - 90 days. If you want something comfortable for a long weekend or a week visit with the family, I definitely would not recommend it. The "continental breakfast" was "grab and go". They even provided paper bags for you to take back the cereal, fruit, muffins, mild cartons to your room. The coffee was good.
“Good base for family visiting Boston, Lowell and southern NH”
We looked for a Towneplace Suites because our daughter's too old to sleep in with us but not old enough for her own room. The two bedroom suite also let us do our own breakfasts if we wanted and gave us more room to "spread out." Location was good for getting into Boston (35 minutes to downtown) as well as going farther afield in MA and NH. Internet access was strange - no WiFi! - just an ethernet connection to a slowish network link. The kitchen had a full size range and refrigerator/freezer. Old models, but fine. Coffee maker, microwave, pans etc. The place settings were sparse - 3 sets of flatware, 3 plates, 3 dishes, 3 cups, 3 glasses. I don't know whether they counted this out for the three of us, but as the suite could sleep 4 (6 using the sofa bed), this was weird. Meant we had no serving dishes etc. Nevertheless, it was perfect for what we wanted and we'd definitely use them again for this type of vacation. The reception staff were always polite, friendly and helpful.
“I like Towneplace Suites very much”
That was our second visit, we had two great rooms at this time, staff is friendly, great location close to NH, ME and not far away from Boston. Would recommend anytime, and I will be back

Considering the price, not bad. Very attentive to dead bolt not locking. Loved the kitchen facilities. Very disappointed in continental breakfast.
