Renovations going on.

Posted Mar 26, 2015
This place was decent. Breakfast is phenomenal, however the place looks like a repossession is in progress. Place is a bit disheveled but comfortable. Once again the breakfast is great.

Horrible management

Posted Feb 12, 2015
This hotel is pathetic. Has to be the worst of my life. If you have little children that wet the bed, don't take them there because they charge an additional $60 just for the sheets. Management is HORRIBLE and the rooms definitely aren't worth their price.

Super quick and easy check in. Very helpful and respectful staff. The rooms were a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. Great location, great breakfast.

The staff is great! The hotel is being remodeled so it's a little out of sorts but other than that it's a great place. They even rememnered my name from a previous stay.

Never again

Posted Nov 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
The television in the room was so old that it made me dizzy reading the fuzzy fonts. I asked to switch rooms, which was accomodated. However, the next room had a large window that was cracked, falling in, and faced a major highway. I sensed my stay was not gpinf to improve so I stayed in this room fearing what I would be given next. The motel was quiet at nice and the breakfast was good. The maid did not clean the room until well into the afternoon.

Worst Hotel I have ever dealt with

Posted Oct 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
So we arrived on Friday evening and the power was out, I am very understanding that situations happen. However, they had a desk person helping people out who didn't have a phone and was stuck on his own. There was no manager in site to help him deal with several unruly customers. They then sent us to another hotel that was run down and in a sketchy part of town. A hotel I would not pay more than $50 a night for. We prepaid for our room so I know our money is probably not going to be refunded, but it was a horrible experience and I will probably never stay at another Quality in just because of this time. As I said I am understanding and have stayed in some pretty bad places, but when I am paying a $100 a night, I expect something a little nicer than what we were provided. And one more thing, they kept telling people the power would be back on in a couple hours and we drove by there the next day in the afternoon and it was still off, and there were no service trucks on site. This is just bad management and everyone should get a refund that book that hotel last weekend.
