“Greate hotel and location”

This hotel is one of the best hotel I've stayed at. The rooms are clean and confortable and the location is really great. We had a blast getting up in the morning and look at the Mediterranean sea and the golf of Taormina. Great Great Great!

“loved it!!”

Great hotel, on of our favourites on a four week trip of Italy. Two beautiful pools, nice restaurant and we were also luckily upgraded to a better room when we arrived. Room was fantastic, great view with a balcony we could sit on. Also in the suite rooms they have dvd players and you can borrow dvds from the front desk. It was great being able to watch a movie in English after a month of Italian dubbed movies! Taormina is 10 minutes away but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus that is very convenient. However make sure you book your seats as soon as you get there as there is only 8 places on it. Also if you get a taxi from the train station confirm the price before you get to the hotel as they are not metered! Would definitely stay again!

“Wouldn't hesitate to go back”

We had a wonderful week at the Baia Taormina and wouldn't hesitate to go back. We were completely satisfied by the hotel, friendly accomodating staff, handy shuttle bus (although it didn't run as often as we'd have like but approx every couple of hours so it just required a little bit of planning). We had a lovely room and a 180 degree sea view off our balcony. We ate at the hotel a couple of nights - convenient and nice enough, although I wouldn't have wanted to eat there every night. Extremely satisfied!!!!

“Excellent stay”

We were very fortunate and were upgraded to an 'executive room' - although from what I saw all rooms had the same advantages of balcony and sea views. The hotel is a little outside Taormina - although there is a shuttle bus to town we were glad we hired a car and were independent. The staff were very helpful, the room was spacious and well appointed, the bathroom elegant with a fantastic shower. Prices in the hotel (beverages etc) were a little on the high side (made worse by the current pound / euro rate of course). Overall would heartily recommend this hotel.

“Nice room but not ready for customers”

We stayed in the Grand Palace part and the rooms were lovely. Other guests had to upgrade to this part of the hotel as their rooms were too small. Only one of the pools was open in april and they were cleaning the other and making a lot of noise. Food choices and quality was awful. We complained and got a full refund of our dinner. Went out after that. Staff very helpful, but they definitely hadnt got used to having guests around - maybe because they had only opened 2 weeks before following the winter shoutdown.

“A Conmfortable Base to Explore Sicily”

This hotel was superb for all the right reasons: very efficient (and needed) air/con in the rooms; very spacious; very good food; beds changed very often and very helpful staff. Sicilians are proud of their food and really do feed you well at this hotel if on full board. (But don't be too disappointed if you have to wait to get home for a decent cup of tea; they do weird things with the milk!). We were on half board and sampled the local restaurants which although humble served good food. You must have a car! However the free bus to Taormina was very useful. Swimming pools were good: the lower shallow one good for beginner swimmers. The Sommelier was really good too and ran a couple of wine-tasting sessions. If you make the effort to learn a few words of Italian the staff indulge you and respond generously and you'll have lots of laughs! Thank you Baia Taormina Hotel & Spa.

“Took our breath away!”

Do not miss the opportunity to stay at this hotel. By far the best we experienced in Italy. The views are breathtaking. Very enjoyable. Staff was great! Rooms are large and they all have great views. It really deserves 4 stars.

“Very Impressed”

The overall quality of this hotel was very impressive. Beach access could be more prominent and beach itself better kept. Breakfasts are mediocre but aren't they all. Spa is expensive and not very impressive.
