“A lovely hotel - relaxing atmosphere and spectacular views - definitely would go again!”
Hotel room was very confortable with spectacular views from our terrace which was complete with a table and two chairs including two sun loungers - which means you could sunbathe in total privacy!! We were also given a free upgrade upon arrival. Food was delicious however I would recommend more customer service and smiles from the hotel staff especially one of the waiters. He was quite rude when we asked for something during our dinner! On the whole, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit Toarmina or simply for a short relaxing break - in fact Toarmina is only 10 mins away unless there is a lot of traffic.
“Would go back but not to dine.”
The hotel facility was very good, however, I was alittle disappointed in the service provided in the dining room. The host was less than helpful or gracious in our various dealings with him. He should have checked his condescending attitude at the door. The remaining wait and service staff was very nice and helpful.

Excellent Hotel with clean rooms, spacious balanconies with breathtaking Ionean sea views!
“Beautiful views”
Nice rooms with large terraces if you are in the "Grand" annex. Food at this hotel is nothing to write home about. Also many bus tours stay here. But the service and room were excellent.
“Giro di Sicilia”
The hotel is located at some distance from Taormina, but there is a shuttle that works perfectly well.
