A sauna in hell.Posted May 23, 2014
Pros: To be honest, not a lot; it's somewhat clinical.
Cons: The air conditioning.
Location: Between the hotel and the ferry terminal at Via del Milthere 39 is a truly delightful Gelateria - Pasticceria - Caffeteria by the name of Altri Tempi.
The air conditioning was not working and it was like being in a sauna. Luisa, the young lady on reception did her best to help and moved us to a room with a balcony that opened onto the harbour. This, unfortunately, was rather noisy because of the night-long traffic and, even with the door wide open, wasn't much cooler. Dinner was a more pleasant experience, and Luisa helped us with the menu because the other charming young ladies in the restaurant weren't fluent in English. Luisa also arranged a shuttle service to the airport for us which was first class. If you're planning on staying here, I'd make sure of the air conditioning first because it really was a problem.

Very Nice HotelPosted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Breakfast could be served earlier
Location: Lovely promenade
Stayed for one night as we were catching the hydrofoil to Stromboli the following morning. Rooms much larger than we expected, excellent showers. Nice restaurant just 5 minutes walking away.

No windows.Posted Apr 22, 2013
Pros: Modern, recently renovated.
Cons: No windows.
Location: OK, at the end of the main drag.
Lovely recently renovated hotel, good facilities, reasonable location, good brekky, friendly staff but no windows in room. Extremely difficult to do a minimal wash and expect cloths to dry.

Great hotel and location if you need to stay in Milazzo. Very close to the port for the boats to Lipari and the other islands.

Great hotel to stop for a night in Milazzo on the way to the Aeolian Islands. Great position near the port, good size rooms, friendly staff and wifi throughout the hotel.
