PROS : very nice and helpful staff, hotel close to commercial center, big and clean swimming pool with Etna view. Very well placed to visit Etna, Syracuse, Taormina. Not far from sandy beach. CONS: very basic and old kitchenette, not good sonor isolation – as we were leaving with our neighbours.

Good for basic accommodation with no frills.
This is a case of 'you get what you pay for'. It's not really a hotel as no meals are provided in the price but neither are there enough facilities to call it self-catering. Pleasant grounds and staff. Restaurant on site if you want to use it - average prices there. Although we went at the beginning of May, it was obvious that the season hadn't started as it was almost deserted.

run down property, beautiful location
the property must have been a very nice, once and now is run down (building next to us were left unfinished and no sign of nobody working on it)The location was great: conveniently located nearby a good shopping center, but remote enough to be quite and far from the hustle and bustle of vacationers.Pool area was great and clean, beside that the grounds looked not kept, dry and unwelcoming. Did not use the restaurant in the premises, since the room where not the cleanest (linen appeared clean, but floor was dirty and sandy). We did have a fabulous view of Mt. Etna, burping ashes and smoking and that was priceless and made our stay worth it, tho.

It was just a one night stay but will return to this hotel soon .Excellent breakfast ,good facilities including parking facilities and a very welcome and comfortable room . You need a car because the hotel in not central and it is outside the city centre .Strongly recommended

we enjoyed very much, it is very easy place for families, and the restauration people are really nice. On the bad side, we did not have wifi in the room, and they never managed to solve it.

Ok per una notte!
Il villaggio si trova a 10 minuti in auto da Giardini Naxos,quindi comodo anche x visitare Taormina. Il nostro appartamento si trovava al primo piano:mobilio di stile "vintage"...cmq pulito.La piscina e' abbastanza grande e dispone di diversi lettini.Non so se dovuto al periodo,ma mi e' sembrato un villaggio fantasma:in piscina solo un altra famiglia,sala ristorante deserta...sicuramente poco frequentato!Noi ci siamo stati solo una notte,ma non penso lo sceglierei per una vacanza piu' lunga.

Huone oli pelkistetty mutta kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Marketti lähellä jossa hyvä valikoima ostoksille. Palvelu oli oikein mukava ja uima-allas tosi hyvä. Jos sinua ei haittaa että majoutuksesi on 2kilometriä syrjässä niin tämä on tosi hyvä paikka!

Гостевой посёлок рядом с морем и городом Джардини-Наксос. Из центральных ворот направо. По дороге пешком около 20 минут. Пляж чистый, есть прокат зонтиков. Берег каменистый. Рядом с посёлком есть магазин DECO, который работает до 21 часа. Из центральных ворот налево, около 15 минут. Все в номере чисто, сейф, гель, пульт от кондиционера (залог 10 евро). Кухня с посудой. Заезд быстрый.

El lugar es agradable y lindo. Con mucho lugar para caminar, bar , pileta. Buen lugar. Lo objetable es la falta de servicio en la habitación y la nula señal de wifi en las habitaciones había que salir de la misma para tener algo de señal.

Hyvät parkkipaikat ja uima-allas
Hotellialue vähän syrjässä, mutta autoilevalle helppo tulla ja pysäköidä jopa asunnon eteen. Pihapiiri olisi kiva jos sitä hoidettaisiin. Nyt ruoho rehotti ja alue näytti vähän epäsiistiltä. Rakennusten sisäänkäynnit likaisia (ilm.pulujen vuoksi?) ja tuntuikin, että koko alue pitäisi kerran siivota ja pestä kunnolla. Huone oli vaatimaton ja sängyn joustinpatja kova (ilman petauspatjaa). Lasten nukkuma sohvasänky (?) oli parempi, siihen kun oli tuotu erillinen patja päälle. Hotellialueen uima-allas oli iso ja kiva, joskin sielläkin muoviset aurinkotuolit korjattu bob-niitein. Vaikutti siltä, ettei hoteliin ole investoitu aikoihin ja että se pysyy joten kuten kasassa. Henkilökunnasta vain yksi nuori mies oli loistava asiakaspalvelija hyvän englanninkielentaidon takia. Muut eivät juuri englantia puhuneet. Aamupala oli ok ja lapset söivät ilmaiseksi, mikä oli plussaa. 2.kerroksen huoneen parvekkeelta näkyi Etna, mikä oli hieno asia.

Отдельная территория, свой бассейн, есть условия для парковки. До пляжа пешком 10 минут, пляж необорудован. Отзывчивый персонал. Уборка не проводится, постельное белье меняется 1 раз в неделю, полотенца 1раз в 3-4 дня (нужно напоминать). Полотенца и белье застиранные, серые, неприятно пользоваться. Номерной фонд старый. Рестораном не пользовались, в номере была кухонная зона (мало посуды). Магазины рядом, все необходимое можно найти там.

Un villaggio nel frutteto
Struttura carina e accogliente, con piscina, campo da tennis e da calcio. L'appartamento che ci hanno assegnato è nuovo, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. La spiaggia si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in circa 15' o con la navetta in 5'. Sul sito c'è scritto che il Wi-Fi è solo nelle zone comuni, ma sono riuscito a collegarmi anche dall'appartamednto. Personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. In particolare i ragazzi della reception, sempre disponibili! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

We had a late arrival at the reception. The receptionist was patiently waiting for us and even helped to get us some water and drinks. Explanation of the hotelinformation was very clear. The apartment is not an apartment, but is just a hotelroom with a small fridge. We had two rooms in which 2 single beds were made as 1 double bed. The furniture and bedcover are dated. Airconditioning was working fine. Fridge was noisy at my friend's room. The bathroom is fresh, clean and has doors for the shower (luckely no curtain). No place to put your shampoo or soap in the shower, other than on the floor. Hairdryer is available and easy to use. Breakfast is simple but enough and divers. Employees are very helpful when you ask them something. It helps when you speak a bit italian, though. There is a big bump in the road to the apartments. Almost scratched the nose of the car.Take care driving up and down. The second night I could not sleep well, because my neighbours came back late and knocked their doors and moved the chairs around. It is quite noisy; thin walls.

Hintaansa nähden ihan kelvollinen majatalo
Huoneiden seinät ovat ohuita. Huoneiden/huoneistojen terassikalusteet olivat halvinta muovia ja ulkoalueet melko siivottomat. Huonesiivous toimi joten kuten, mutta jätti toivomisen varaa (roskapussi unohdettiin oven eteen, lattioiden pyyhkiminen satunnaista). Allasalue näytti suositulta päivisin, vaikka en sitä käyttänyt. Elokuussa iltaisin kovaäänistä ohjelmaa, joka ei kuitenkaan kuulunut sen talon päätyyn, jossa majoituin. Kävelymatka rannalle ja bonuksena hyvä supermarket alle 10 min kävelymatkan päässä.

Il primo giorno mi era stata data una camera in una casupola che era separata da un altra solo da una porta di legno. In pratica era come condividerla con i vicini. Zero privacy, si sentiva tutto. Andava bene per una famiglia ma non per due coppie di estranei. Inoltre durante la notte ha piovuto molto e la mattina sul pavimento della camera c'erano pozze d'acqua. Poi ho chiesto un cambio e la seconda stanza era ok.
