I didn’t like it smell like bug spray real strong bug spray smell they try and charge for everything onemy 1 year baby pee in bed that was a 250 service charge I had a family member who stayed here before they charged him a smoking fee but not for smoking but for having tobacco products in garbage can who goes in trash they do it say non smoking in room not non tobacco products ghetto apartments in the back of hotel

Always love staying at Residence Inn. This facility was far below standard compared to other residence inn I have visited in the past. Old broken furnitures, old smelly carpets, and couch lopsided stained. Definitely need renovations. Breakfast was very good, great location and several parkkng spaces for guests.

Quiet and safe. A good place to stay. Staff ok. Too few breakfast staff. WE pay a premium rate to stay over Thanksgiving weekend, and there's no staff. Go figure. Breakfast adequate. Not very friendly or informative about area.

This property is decent. We had a 2 bedroom suite for 6 people and slept comfortably. The property and our room was well maintained. The breakfast was nice. They had fixings for waffles but there was no waffle iron! Sausage, scrambled eggs, mini quiches, toast, hot & cold cereal, yogurt, bagels & cream cheese, boiled eggs, coffee, orange juice, apple juice was served. The swimming pool is heated. The staff is friendly.

The room was nice, but layout was a bit odd, with a desk and a flat panel TV rather in the middle of the room, and a locked closet in the middle of the outer wall. Windows only open a few inches, and no insect screen. The hallways are very ... very ... gray. There was no sign or distinguishing feature to mark the location of the elevator in the monotonous hallways. I guess it's a little late to edit the floor plan now, but turning one room into an open lounge on each floor would have made a big difference in the feel of the place.

Doesnt quite live up to Marriott quality
The halls were in poor condition and had a bad odor. Our room also had the smell of cigarette smoke coming from who knows where. It was really bad and could only guess that an adjoining room had someone smoking in it even though the building is smoke free. That was very disappointing. Even though thr halls were dark, smelled bad and were kind of depressing, the room was in better condition. I expect more elegance from a Marriott property though.

I booked a two bedroom suite that was oversold and had to get two separate rooms. Forcing my kids to sleep down the hall from the parents . To many things are happening in the world today and I wasn’t letting that happen so we all slept in a small space. The toilets was full of mildew, and the kitchen floors were not completed

This hotel used to be so much nicer. Maybe the pandemic really took a toll on the cleanliness and overall care staf / ownership put into it. Don’t get me wrong it’s still a nice place to stay but the age and lack of overall upkeep is evident. Specifically our room had chips in the table, unknown black/brown splatters on two walls (one in the kitchen by the sink and another on the wall going into the bathroom) which I was able to easily clean off with a wet cloth. The shower at one point had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in refillable dispensers mounted on the wall. They had sense fallen off and were now placed on one of the shelves with the double sided tape still showing on three bottles and on the wall where they used to be. The common areas are also showing lots of wear and tear that a fresh coat of paint could fix up. One of the security doors which should have required a key to enter was broken and could easily be accessed by anyone outside. The hot tub was also broken and didn’t say when it would be operational again. All that said, this hotel is still a fine place to stay, it just used to be nicer. The rooms are all spacious, well furnished and having a real stove, sink and fridge is fantastic! The hotel is dog friendly and they provide plenty of bags and trash cans around the property. Additionally it’s nice the individual buildings all have their own luggage carts! Everyone we talked to who worked there was kind, friendly and helpful as well.

Room was not ready when I arrived. Then was asked what my purpose for booking (told it was ‘policy’ to ask). They rushed to clean it and it was done poorly- hairs in the shower and on desk; Hallway stank of mildew and marijuana. Thankful that I only had to spend one night there.

I liked the amenities that were set up at the property. I liked how the Basketball goal and the pool were in the same area without being obtrusive. The sitting area was nice and shady and had the option to grill if you wanted to. Although it’s standard at most hotels or locations, the breakfast was great. Most places give you a few dry danishes and donuts. This was not that at all. There was actual breakfast that you could eat and enjoy, from eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, quiche, yogurt and bagels, etc. All of the ladies of the wait staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mrs. Yolanda. We both enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

The stairwells need cleaning. The carpet needs replacing. The breakfast is delicious. Trudy makes everything so tasty and so organized. Trudy is an awesome employee. I have stayed here many times and she is always welcoming and friendly.
