Friendly and welcoming staff on reception and bar / restaurant. Bar and restaurant on site. Very good buffet breakfast. Pleasant room with good bathroom. Good location very close to tramway for easy access to the city centre.

Good experience
A nice welcome by the staff after a very long drive. Check in really quick. Lovely shower, nice ved and a decent nights sleep. Breakfast was also more than adequate for me.

Good hotel to stop overnight. Needs an upgrade
Check in great, staff excellent. Good acceptable, but not great. At check out I had to ask for a bill, they just charged my card with no explanation of charges.

Very Good
This is a nice, efficient place not to far from the auto route. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the rooms clean and well appointed. The breakfast was ample with lots of choices.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep
The AC blew hot air into the room. We called the front desk and they basically said there was nothing they could do about it. We tried opening the window but we were by the bright street lights and the noise was terrible. Could not sleep at all the entire night. Would definitely NOT recommend staying here.

Not a first choice under other circumstances
Had a meeting early in the morning at the hospital right across the street. So, this was very conveniently located. Staff was nice. Otherwise, very basic. Room looked worn and it is what I would expect of a Super 8 going back 15 years, which already looked worn back then. So, expect no frills, but it served its purpose.

Nice place and staff
great location if your travelling on. It's close to the lovely Nancy if you want to drive in or get the nearby frequent tram. great staff and decent food. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good parking outside. Convenient enough to get bus into Nancy but if returning late from the evening sound & light do not delay, the buses do not run late

Excellent overnight stop
On our way from Calais to Zurich. We were welcomed and all was ready. We had a good dinner in the hotel, a good nights sleep, quiet and us disturbed. Room comfortable and adequate size for an overnight though not large. Excellent shower room very clean and obviously newly refurbed. Good buffet breakfast not too expensive. TV channels all French, nothing for English.

While in the area, think about going to the Automobile museum. For a history buff, who normally responds to cathedrals and old centre-villes, it was great. Also, you can leave your car in the car park and take the tram to downtown Nancy for more sites.

Hôtel facile d accès, proche autoroute et hôpital. Parking privatif gratuit, restauration sur place correct. Chambres refaites , pas très grandes mais idéales de passage. -TRÈS forte odeur de peinture.

Problème de hauteur de la toilette
J’avais réservé une nuit pour notre passage. C’était bien mais nous avons signalé au standard que le toilette était trop bas (bien pour un enfant mais là, maman s’est fait mal au genou en se relevant tant il était bas. C’est dommage sinon nous avions regretté que le restaurant était fermé le jour de notre passage mais nous avons tout de même pu avoir un croque monsieur. Le plus gênant était la toilette sinon rien a redire.

Bruyant la nuit alors que j'étais en bout de couloir. Le dîner en chambre était mémorable tant la quantité de légumes ne depassait même pas la cuillère à soupe. La rosace de pomme de terre avait littéralement sécher et brûler par endroit... le carrelet était bien cuit malgré tout. J'ai eu faim toute la nuit! Dernière fois que je m'y rends, parce que je n'aime pas me plaindre et réclamer ce qui doit être dû. La prochaine fois j'irai au Cottage hotel juste à côté.
