Nice hotelPosted Sep 12, 2013
Location: Great location. Around corner from Metro(subway system). Lots of restaurants and the nightlife was great.
Nice Hotel. It was very pleasant and comfortable. Liked the view. Near the Metro subway system and steps away from many trendy restaurants and bars.

excellent location, price & customer servicePosted Sep 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Love the location of this hotel. Have been coming here for the past 3 years. Every staff member is extremely friendly & helpful. My luggage was damaged in the airport, Delfino, the doorman, quickly noticed and made sure to have it repaired and it looked like new. They offer a personal tour guide. We hired Edgar to show us around town which was much better than hiring the tour vans. Plan on using them each time I visit Mexico City. =)

Best Western Royal Zona RosaPosted Aug 22, 2013
Cons: Television reception and selection. Have more towels on hand. Have irons and ironing board in most rooms.
Location: We love taking walks. We walked to Chapultepec Park. Took the bus to the Zocalo. Enjoyed the sights.
Location: We felt safe. We walked almost every night. Television: A bit disappointed in the reception and selection of shows. Telephone: A bit disappointed with the promptness to correct error--regarding the "red light" for messages. Towels- wash cloths: second day, we didn't have any to bath with. Iron and ironing boards: Had to wait until 7:00A.M. to get one. Loan out an iron, but we had to return it that night. Didn't iron very well without an ironing board. Receptionist: Some were very polite and others were a bit cold. Restaurant: Excellent This is our second trip to Mexico and the second time that we stayed at this hotel. The first time was better than this time.

Best Western Zona Rosa Mexico CityPosted Jul 25, 2013
Pros: Location - very accessible and central to all the restaurants and bars and transportation.
Cons: only one elevator working. water pressure was not too good. the hotel is old in general.
Location: Restaurants, Mercado (market) with all the shopping of souvenirs, silver, pottery that you want. Bars. Transportaiton
BestWesternRoyal Zona Rosa has the perfect location - very convinient and right where the action is on Genova Street. Loved the location. The hotel needs a lot of renovations, it is pretty old. Receptionist called Gimena was the loveliest and helpful person in the whole staff. Just needs a little updating and it would be a perfect hotel.

Good locationPosted Jul 23, 2013
Pros: The location, location, location, near everything.
Cons: The beds are not very comfortable, I had room in the 11th floor, with a nice view of the city. The PH pool floor is really nice and the gym is ok.
Location: See above.
The hotel is in a very good location in the Zona Rosa district were you can find a lot of LGBTQ clubs, bars, and friendly stores and restaurants. The LGBTQ community is located mainly in this area. The staff is very polite and helpful. Ask for "Noel" and he will help you a lot!. The district is very safe, full of police officers since the police station is very close the hotel. The area is very centrist and you can go walking ( if you like to walk) to many city highlights like "Monumento a la Independencia", "Reforma Ave." really good restaurants, and has a train station very close called "Insurgentes". In front of hotel you can find excellent executive taxi drivers that are very safe and helpful. Mine was Julio, very knowledgeable.
