Excellent locationPosted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: The location, the views, the price.
Cons: Wireless internet. Beds
Location: Tons of shopping, dining, and drinking options less than a minute from the hotel door. Tons of cultural/historical/educational sites nearby too.
This hotel is in a great location. Only one block to a major train station. Walking distance to the Paseo de la Reforma, Parque Chapultepec, Roma, Condessa, restaurants, bars, shops.... It's really a nice area. The staff at this hotel is fine - polite, but not warm. I have stayed at this hotel on three separate trips. The wireless internet is only reliable in the lobby. On busy days/nights it is almost impossible to connect. I have never eaten in the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, the smell of burnt toast wafts through the elevator shaft every morning. The views from the higher floors (I have stayed on 11 and 15) are excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again - it is affordable (around $70/night), and located in a great area.

worst servicePosted Jul 23, 2014
Cons: change the people that doesn't look like happy
Location: excellent location
Since I came to the front desk very early in the morning, the receptionist was so rude with me, I understand that I arrived too early at the hotel but it was because of my flight but this lady was so rude and she didn't explain anything to me about the facilities and the charges. Im so disappointed about this hotel, I expected another kind of service.

Not happy with facilitiesPosted Jul 15, 2014
Location: US Consulate.
I stayed in 2 different rooms over a period of 7 days in this hotel. The staff is courteous but was disappointed with the hotel facilities. A namesake swimming pool that is about 3 and 1/2 feet deep, a gym with one elliptical, 1 treadmill and some weights. The hotel book clearly said that they supply 1 lt water everyday since the tap water is not drinkable but when asked the reception they said that only 1st night is free. A bottle of water that costs about 4 pesos is being sold at 35 pesos. The most disappointing was the room AC that never worked. Will not advise anyone to book this hotel.

Love this place.Posted Jul 7, 2014
This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is so perfect for my needs and the staff is always very accommodating. You cannot beat the view from the roof deck where there is a pool and bar. Can't wait to return.

Excellent location - very close to Metro stations. Room was clean. Mattress and pillows were hard though linens were changed daily. It was difficult to have a restful sleep especially after a long day of exploring the city because of the bedding. Staff was courteous but with very limited knowledge of the services available to tourists.

Basic hotel geared more for budget touristsPosted Apr 12, 2014
Pros: Location, clean.
Cons: Beds, towels, toiletries, all need to be upgraded. The front desk staff need to be given less paperwork so they can serve customers better.
Location: Strong police presence, plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Right next to metrorail, close to Reforma and Chapultapec Park.
The hotel is kept clean and is safe. It is not a business class hotel and caters mostly to groups of older, budget tourists. There is a little business center where you can plug in and work at some tables. Wi-Fi works reliably in the business center and guest rooms. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, the front desk staff often come across as overworked. Towels are rough, toiletries are cheap, blankets aren't very warm. The beds give a new meaning to the word firm. The location is good, next to the Insurgentes metro stop, in a safe neighborhood with a high police presence. Many good restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Good just for 1 or 2 days. The mattress bed was so hard (like a rock), so I didn't sleep we'll. also the shower did not work very well. In overall is a OK hotel.
