"Nice location, great room , the nicest staff"
This was a great location and i loved the rooftop lounge until i got to my room. Music was heard mostly all night but i suppose only because it was New Years eve, but i love everything location, free room service breakfast, food, trendy restaurants closeby and the rest of Mexico City has to offer. I will stay hear again.

"Upset..."
I got a room on the first floor (I believe Room 2) and could not sleep due to the noice from within the hotel. There was a public patio adjacent to my room windows (and I mean right next to my room) which guests sat until late. I had to leave the windows to the patio open because the air conditioner in my room would not work. The hotel staff started speaking to each other loudly at around 6:00 AM, which irritated me further. To make matters worse, my room rate - which was not cheap - included breakfast, which the hotel would not honor even though I had my printed EXPEDIA confirmation which clearly stated breakfast was included. After the restaurant staff and lobby personnel would not honor my included breakfast, the hotel manager (or owner) had to come down from Olympus and authorize the staff not to charge me for breakfast. Other than the noise, the room was ok. The rooms on higher floors probably do not have the noise problem I suffered. The restaurant is on the top floor (I think 5th) and is very unique (I liked it.) All in all, however, I had such a bad experience with the hotel (noise and breakfast situation) that I can not recommend it to anyone.

"Great Boutique Hotel in Centro Mexico City"
My husband and I recently traveled to Mexico City for Zona Maco and a friend recommended this hotel. We were a bit apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews on Trip Advisor, but I have to say that our stay was wonderful: there wasn't too much noise, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was gorgeous. The downstairs restaurant, Azul Historico, is one of the best in the city and it's located very close to Zocalo. The hotel car was available to take us wherever we wanted to go (for a charge, of course. a nominally higher fee than a street taxi) and we were relatively close to everything (Mexico City has horrendous traffic jams that can spring up at any moment, so travel times vary greatly). We will definitely go back to either this location or one of Grupo Habita's other Mexico City hotels.

"Superb corner room on 27th floor"
Main hotel entrance is not evident and looks like a classical entrance to some seedy place, nevertheless there is other entrance -even less evident- through the shopping mall which is more pleasant. The lobby itself is well decorated with enough big-format books which make any waiting time a enjoyably experience. They have 30 rooms located in top 4 floors, mine was #23, with the largest windows I had got before. All furniture is new and comfortable but the lack of a table -even a tiny one- makes difficult to work on a laptop. The bathroom is large, well assorted in towels, shower is so huge that a basketball team may fit in it, but no tub. In general, it lacks conventional perks of a 5 star hotel, but ratio quality/price could be twice of any classical 5 star hotel.

"Cool Hotel"
The hotel is definitely hip, but it was pretty relaxed and not a party scene (e.g. the W hotel). Unique design and the atrium lobby was a cool place to relax. Our room was quiet and nice, albeit on the small side. The food was great and you can't beat the location. Overall, I'd rdefinitely recommend it.

"Nice boutique hotel in a quiet area"
Had a lovely stay, very helpful staff, only issue was that when we asked for restaurant recommendations, they were invariably very expensive.
