Great hotel for business travelers and families.Posted Sep 17, 2012
Pros: Food, Staff support and clean rooms.
Location: Safe and close to any location.
Ideal for Business travelers and Families. Excellent food. Most importantly the price is very cheap and the staff are very courteous. Bang for the buck. The taxi stand infront the hotel is very reliable and trust worthy. SOme drivers speak good english.

Bristol is good for business travelPosted Jun 23, 2012 on Hotels.com
I stay frequently at Hotel Bristol for business purposes. The location is great for business, the restaurant is top-rate, the hotel and restaurant employees are terrific and very helpful. On the downside, the beds are very hard and the internet is unreliable and very slow during every evening from 7pm to midnight. I will continue to stay at the Bristol when I work in Mexico City.

More than sufficientPosted Nov 30, 2011 on Hotels.com
If you're looking for somewhere really fancy then you're going to be disappointed, but this is a good all round hotel. The price would make it seem more basic than it is, it's cheap in price but the quality is good. Breakfast in the attached restaurant is very good, and reasonably priced. Location is pretty central, only a short walk to shops and restaurants. Free internet throughout the hotel is really good, much appreciated. Overall recommended if you're on a budget, you won't be disappointed.

Hotel Bristol - close to Paseo de la ReformaPosted May 17, 2011 on Hotels.com
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Paseo de la Reforma, Mexico City´s main avenue. The neighbourhood may be a bit noisy during daytime, but very quiet at night. An adjacent self parking with direct access to the hotel is also a plus. We stayed in double room which was quite spacious for two persons. Beds are comfortable; there is a small sitting area suitable for a meal or work. Bathroom with shower was spotless and of good size as well. TV set is a bit outdated, but I am not a big TV fan, so I don´t mind. We also enjoyed a delicios buffet breakfast which one can have inside or at the open air terrace. This was not our first stay at the hotel and we chose to stay there every time we go to Mexico City. The service is consistenntly good, the staff is friendly, the premises are rather well kept and the price is just right.

Bristol Hotel Mexico CityPosted Apr 4, 2011 on Hotels.com
This hotel had great service in a nice location and very convenient to the American Embassy. It is economical but I would recommend they replace the beds. They were extremely hard and small. My husband had a cup of coffee and it cost more than Starbucks.

Good price with good facility and location as well as good service.Posted Aug 31, 2010
Good price with good facility and location as well as good service. It looks like safe hotel than any other near hotel. And location is very good for downtown. But if they have a employee who can speak english, it will be best hotel at mexico city. Recommend this hotel.

Hotel BristolPosted Jun 6, 2010 on Hotels.com
The location is not the best--about 3 blocks to the bus stop on Reforma, 6 blocks to the subway, and nothing much in the immediate vicinity--but it has a nice restaurant (with bar), and especially, in my case, a good center with internet, computer, and printing facilities.

Bristol Col CuauthemocPosted May 19, 2010
The personnel is attentive and friendly. The restaurant is a good value and the location is conveniently removed from noise and heavy traffic yet close to transportation, restaurants and shopping. The one area for improvement is the accommodations for the business traveler. The Bristol seems to be a hotel originally thought of for the vacation traveler and not for the person who will be spending a few hours a day working from his/her hotel room. There is not enough lighting, nor convenient electrical outlets to plug your laptop next to an uncomfortable round table and chair. Most business people like to press and remove wrinkles from their clothes prior to attending meetings. The ironing board provided is unsuitable and highly cumbersome. With the exception of a minor service interruption, the free Wi-Fi service came in very handy and was of acceptable quality. I would stay at this hotel again if my next room offered the conveniences for conducting business, as it is a good value and in a safe location.

Very NicePosted Nov 5, 2009
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, especially for the price, and the hotel staff was unfailingly courteous and helpful. For those who like to walk, the hotel was conveniently located for hikes both to the Zocolo and to Chapultapec park, and was near very nice restaurants and interesting night life in La Zona Rosa. I recommend Hotel Bristol.
