“Convenient location, Noisy party night”
Convenience hard to beat, great shuttle service to Terminal 2... Unfortunately, a street behind the hotel was closed for a party/concert that went on until 4:30am local time. Needless to say, we were NOT able to sleep at all.
“Excellent if you have to take your flight at 5am!”
It was an excellent hotel because of the location. I was visiting Queretaro city (about 3hrs from Mexico City by car) and I had to take my flight at 5am, so I booked this hotel just for that night.
“Great deal for overnight flights”
This hotel is in really bad shape, but clean and kind of comfortable. It's currently under renovation (Sept´11) and very noisy during the day. Stay here ONLY if you are planning to spend the night and bail. Mex city it's kinda dangerous at night, so if you prefer to take a taxi in the morning, this is definitely your hotel.
“Camino Real Airport”
Great experience
“good location and breakfast, a little expensive”
it only takes 5 minutes to arrive in hotel reception from Gate 4 of Terminal 1.
“EXCELLENT HOTEL, GREAT LOCATION”
EVERYTIME I HAVE TO TAKE A FLIGHT EARLY IN THE MORNING I STAY IN CAMINO REAL 'COS IT'S THE BEST OPTION TO REST ONE NIGHT BEFORE THE TRIP. GREAT HOTEL, EXCELLENT LOCATION, AND ROOMS ARE REALLY COMFORTABLE; GREAT CHOICE IF YOU HAVE TO STAY NEAR THE AIRPORT.
“Awfully poor service, old and smelly rooms”
Being an airport hotel, their bell captain and front desk clerks refused to provide transportation to a far away departing gate. There are much better and cheaper options around the Mexico City airport. I would not be back to this hotel, even if offered for free.
“Very deteriorate”
Its shame the hotel is very deteriorate it needs urgently a new face. I went for a massage and it’s the worst one I had in years.
“Horrible Service”
Air condition didn work, no body help us to solve, they did change our room, and didnt receive any refund. Never will go back.
“The front desk staff was rude and unaccomodating!”
The front desk clerk was rude and placed me in a room on an almost empty building, not the main building. I asked to be moved to another room and he refused.
