Hotel in Mexico City for a weekend of SoccerPosted Oct 29, 2014
Comfortable hotel in the perifery of Mexico City with a nice restaurant and bar. Friendly servers and bartenders. Some restaurants and shopping nearby. Less than meticulous housekeeping but otherwise a pretty good choice for a weekend stay. 30 minutes from the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning otherwise get ready for an hour and a half commute during the daytime.

They do not apreciate expedía clientsPosted Jul 17, 2014
The actitud from staff To nigth manager was very unacceptable we rent two rooms as soon as we arrived in Mexico thru expedia!! We have dinner at the hotel and later order some room service!! I was awake at midnight to come down to reception to pay for those services, because they did not ask for a cc at registration!! Very demanding from the night manager!!

Unfriedly front deskPosted Mar 31, 2014
Cons: Front desk staff is terrible, unfriendly.
Location: Location is complicated especially coming from south Periferico sur.
Good overall experience, hotel charges for everything in the room, water, coffee,.internet. small rooms. A person name Arturo in the front desk was very unfriendly and nasty, needs trainning and respect the guests. parking is very expensive. restaurant is expensive, get a room with the breakfast included is better. Access to the hotel is complicated.

Breakfast not includedPosted Mar 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
It is a clean, nice and comfortable hotel, but there is no breakfast included in the rate you pay, there is no free WiFi in the room or in the lobby, to access internet at the lobby you must have dinner at one of the restaurants and them they will give you the password (12345).

Trip to Mexico CityPosted Mar 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
Will probably not go back. Room was average, at best. Bathroom was well below average. Paint peeling away from the ceiling in the shower. Sink had paint peeling. Front lobby was nice and friendly staff, but the room really ruined the stay.

Really expensivePosted Feb 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Consider make a complete reservation. Don't extend your nigths there because they will apply different rate really expensive. The food is really expensive too.
