“Terrific little hotel”

The hotel Emporio Reforma is a beautiful little hotel in the middle of a very scenic and interesting part of Mexico City. The service was excellent, and while the room was, indeed, small it was beautifully decorated and appointed, and completly comfortable for 1-2 adults. I would definately stay there agian the next time I visit.

“Great Centrally located hotel”

If you plan on doing alot of walking the hotel is in a great location; in between Centro historico and Zona Rosa. Condessa/Roma and Chapultepec werent very far either. The hotel was very clean and although people complained about the size, my partner and I felt very comfortable in the standard room. The housekeeper/maid did a great job cleaning the room the 4 nights we stayed there.

“Very Very Impressed”

Location of the hotel is fairly good, very safe neighborhood - a lot of things to see/do by foot. FREE Internet and TV with quite a few American/European channels. Rooms are small but clean and have everything you need. You can book all tours within hotel and tour operate suggested by hotel was amassing - great time!!! Hotel stuff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back!!!!

“Best value and comfort for money in Mexico City's historical centre”

It is quiet and so very comfortable -- best beds in Mexico! Staff are attentive, rooms well appointed -- it's my favourite getaway in this city.

“Luxury in the centre of Mexico City”

This hotel is 5* luxury and service for a very affordable price. The staff are helpful, friendly and approachable. The rooms a cosy and inviting. Food in the restaurant is superb, especially the breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again as it's located in an ideal place for sight seeing and my 2 week stay was made by this lovely hotel, Reforma.

“What a pleasant surprise in the heart of Mexico City!”

I hesitate to write the glorious review I should about Hotel Emporio because it's the kind of place you want to keep as your secret, wonderful spot abroad. But as I don't travel to Mexico all that often, I guess not much is lost by sharing the truth. The hotel is as beautiful or more than the pictures entail. With a little breakfast cafe in the lobby, a lovely restaurant on the first floor, free internet, and a gym, you feel like everything's at your fingertips. Step outside the front doors onto Paseo de la Reforma, however, and Mexico awaits! Our stay was perfect, but in the interest of advising others I'll warn that the room we had wasn't very large. Other than that, great rate and great service in a lovely, clean hotel. Bon Voyage!

“Clean Hotel”

Good location. Staff was very friendly. Good food and room service was very reasonalbly priced. Hotel was very inviting and clean. Tours pick up from the hotel! That's a plus. A very comfortable place to stay in Mexico City.

“Excellent Value”

Excellent hotel and location. The service exceeds the star rating in this hotel. I loved the fluffy warm comforters on the beds. The rooms were identical to the pictures on the website. We will definitely stay there again!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff was gracious and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and both the food and service in the restaurant were very good. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
