The hotel well located, and close to many things.Posted Nov 25, 2013
Pros: The staff was very friendly, and helpful when ask questions about the area.
Cons: The breakfast menu needs improvement.
Location: It's near many museums.
There are many local places to eat where anyone can taste true Mexican food. The internet speed was pretty much better than other hotels in Mexico City.

Third stay & will returnPosted Sep 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
We travel frequently to Mexico City and this was the third time at the Eurostars Suites Reforma. It will continue to be our top choice. Excellent desk staff, very spacious rooms and reliable internet service. Eurostars Suites Reforma's guest rooms have laminated hardwood floors, which I prefer instead of carpet since they appear to be cleaner. Hotel is a two-minute walk to Reforma 222 (the office and shopping complex) and a five-minute walk to the U.S. Embassy and the British Embassy.

Nice hotel, great staffPosted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: Staff was great, hotel looked nice on inside
Cons: The hotel is very slim and just very tight quarters
Location: Shopping mall across the street was nice, lots of banks around on main street
I asked for a king bed but there was only 2 twin beds that we had to put together and kept separating so that was bad, but the room itself was nice and had a small balcony overlooking the street. The hotel is easy to miss since it really is not a sign in front stating the name. The staff was very nice and would have been a better hotel if the hallways leading to the rooms were not so tiny.

in front of 222 ReformaPosted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Across the street from 222 Reforma where the tour bus stops, so that is convenient. The room was not nearly as big as I had imagined for a "suite" and there was a mini-bar but no microwave. On my second day I came back to the room at 10 mins. to 5 p.m., in order to rest before going out again. Unfortunately, my room had not been cleaned and I had to call to get someone to come and clean it while I was there - which is something I would have liked to avoid. Not great. Other than that, the location is good and the room itself is nicely finished/furnished. Front desk personnel were very helpful. Good walking distance to Zona Rosa but far enough from historical centre to require transport.

Inexpensive option near the US EmbassyPosted Jul 27, 2013
Pros: I like the Eurostar chain. Clean and furnished with good taste.
Cons: Hard to find the hotel at night, but I suppose this could not be helped as it is such a small hotel.
Location: El Angel de la Independencia and the American Embassy are only a few minutes walk from the hotel.
This is a very small hotel. It has only four rooms per floor, but the rooms are HUGE! The price is right and the location is perfect if you want to be near the Angel and/or near the American Embassy. It is only a short walk from either of these two places to the hotel.

Conveniently located, nice areaPosted Jul 15, 2013
Pros: Privacy and location
Location: Chapultepec, centro historico
My family and I stayed 3 nights during a weekend. Found the hotel located in a great area, very secure with convenience stores half a block away and restaurants and shopping centers 1 block away. The hotel is small but there are only 4 rooms per floor which I think makes it very private and quite. Staff is very helpful and polite, they offer breakfast but we opted to go out and eat at restaurants around the area. The Paseo de la Reforma avenue, is half a block away and it is one of the most beautiful streets in Mexico. Other important areas for sightseeing are minutes away by taxi like the Chapultepec area and the Historic Center or Zocalo. I will definitely use this hotel in future stays.
