Great placePosted Jul 18, 2014
Great location. Good restaurants around the corner (I highly recomend Franca Pizza), with a metro station just five or six blocks frome the hotel. Friediness of the people there is the best of all.

I spent 2 nights for business, great location in the middle of Roma neighborhood and Condesa, free parking, room in clean condition and the most important the service, was oustanding, definitely will be my choice next trip to Mexico City

Nice hotel, close to La CondesaPosted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Location and space, plus great staff
Cons: Carpet cleanliness.
Location: It's very close to Reforma and walking distance from lots of restaurants and bars, plus La Codesa is very close too.
The Four Points brand is known as a relaxed version of the Sheraton family. this hotel remains in line with that thinking. It's pretty new and uses space very intelligently, great location and great service. My only grief would be the lack of cleanliness on the carpet rooms, which were never vacuumed.

Good Location and Good ValuePosted Feb 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
I liked the location of this hotel - relatively close to the airport and in the middle of a very vibrant neighborhood(s). Hotel is new and everything works as it should except for the wifi in my room.I will definitely stay here again.

Not recommendPosted Feb 10, 2013
The room we booked (king bed) was not available, we had to use a twin bed room. The room smell was terrible.

excellent value and locationPosted Jan 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
Located in the roma district, it is walking distance from many contemporary bars and restaurants. Made for a great starting point to explore the city. Free coffee/tea and ..popcorn! were available in the lobby at all times. Very clean.

Excellent location, great price, a few quirksPosted Dec 12, 2012 on Hotels.com
After a terrible incident at a very loud, overly crowded hostel, my friend and I evacuated the outskirts of Condesa to come back to Roma and seek shelter here at the Four Points. It was a very welcome change. Clean room, very comfortable beds with lots of pillows, nice contemporary decor, and a friendly staff. For the price, we were very happy with it. The staff was always accommodating to our needs and even helped us with a trip to Teotihuacan. The neighborhood is fantastic - there is a lot to do right on Alvaro Obregon - its hard to convince yourself to check out another town. The only downsides are that it can be a bit loud if you face Obregon as there is occasionally a loud bar outside. Also, the toilets are super loud - enough to wake you up at night. But, the trade-off is an amazing view. The caulk around the shower glass was in need of repair, and always let water leak onto the bathroom floor. We never did remember to notify the staff about the water problem. I would definitely consider staying here again, though.
