Business trip to Mexico City

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: Staff, room, food, service.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: Paseo de la Reforma is a major street. Nearby are many museums and walking areas.
Excellent accomodations - gym is great (no one uses it) and has an outdoor pool and whirlpool. Great place to hold breakfast meetings - Reforma 500. Can only say great things about Concierge - selecting restaurants, assistance with transportation, and knowing time (with traffic) to reach a destination.

The hotel experience was incredible.

Posted Jan 19, 2015
Pros: Central Location, Courteous Staff, Nice Ammenities.
Cons: Construction was going on during visit; it was contained - I'm confident it will be complete by the time you read this. Gym was relatively small.
Location: Maison Kaiser, Bosque de Chapultepec, Rockaimexico (great Japanese restaurant) ASTRID & GASTÓN (great Peruvian restaurant)
The entire stay was incredible. Accommodations were top notch, staff was on point. The hotel is in a great (and safe) area. Concierge functioned as members of the Society of the Crossed Keys (exuding confidence and excellence at every point of interaction).

Hotel with a beautiful courtyard

Posted Jan 5, 2015
Rooms are comfortable but need to be redecorated. There aren't enough plugs. You can't plug your phone next to your bed. Bathrooms are excellent. Service is top notch .

High recommendation

Posted Dec 19, 2014
Pros: Hotel staff was professional, coridal, helpful and experienced. The room was clean and spotless, I would recommend it to everyone.
Cons: The elevator is in a remote location and too far from the rooms.
Location: Candessa, Polanco.
Simply wonderful! I would highly recommend it to business travelers and tourists. Free Wi-fi, knowledgable staff and central location.

Estaba en remodelación el lobby cuando llegamos pero eso no merma el trato que siempre es agradable y atentos, instalaciones limpias y decoración antigua pero lujosa, altamente recomendable, de lo mejor en el D.F

great staff but very dated interiors

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Cons: needs to remodel top to bottom
Staff and food were great. The hotel furniture is dated, the lobby is being remodeled and it just felt very expensive for the environment and shape the hotel is currently in. Needs an overhaul top to bottom.

Nicest hotel in LatAm

Posted Oct 4, 2014
There's nothing like it anywhere. This hotel is peerless when it comes to service, dining and comfort.
