Great experience, great value!

Posted Nov 18, 2014
Pros: I liked the location of the hotel and the warm staff.
Cons: One thing that could be improved is that wireless internet should be allowed on at least 2 devices at a time.
I stayed at this hotel for a business conference nearby and it was a great choice. The area around the hotel is very safe to walk, I did it everyday and never felt insecure. The hotel is just one street from Reforma, one of the main streets that crosses Mexico City. The people of the hotel are very nice. The hotel is clean and furniture is in great conditions.

Pros: Location is great, nice, clean room. Huge, comfortable bed.
Location: Location is perfect, bars, clubs are 5 min away.
I arrived to hotel around 10am and was accommodated without any issues. I asked for an upgrade and they upgraded me to a very nice room on 11th floor. I asked for an internet access for my 3 units and my request was accommodated without any issues. Overally a very pleasant stay.

Very comfortable and close to the US Embassy

Posted Nov 5, 2014
Pros: It is clean, it has great services like restaurant, internet service, close to the US Embassy, close to metro stations, great overall
Cons: When I visited, they were remodeling and in construction, but they are on their way to giving better service.
Location: As I said before, close to the US Embassy, great means of transportation, close to many museums, close to metro stations, bus rides, taxis. GREAT!
Every member in the hotel were very courteous, kind, caring. It was an excellent experience. I would recommend any friend to stay at the Galeria Plaza Reforma Hotel.

I've stayed in many hotels in Mexico City and this one outshines them all. Immaculate room. Terrific service. Great location. And the staff were superb. Oh and the bed was the comfiest I've experienced in a hotel too. This place is now my go-to hotel in Mexico.

Nice hotel for the price you pay!

Posted Oct 27, 2014
The common areas are nice and clean. The hotel is an older hotel but they are slowly upgrading it. :) Shower water had little pressure and was not as hot as I expected and the cold and hot water signs were switch so I let the water run for a while thinking it needed to be heated but the whole time I was asking for cold.

Decent hotel for the price

Posted Oct 8, 2014
Location: Very central location and fairly safe area, close to Reforma and Auditorio Nacional
Location was convenient and clean, fairly nice, however, I would not call this a four-star hotel unless it is four-stars in terms of comparisons in the region.
