"I like that this hotel is Mexican owned"
Everything I asked for, I was granted with pleasure. And everywhere I wanted to go was within walking distance. The rooms are small, but it was clean and comfortable. The people working at the front desk should be more friendly and smile more.

"Great hotel, great value for money"
We arrived at 5 am to be met by "Jonathan" the night duty manager, he showed us three rooms including the one we had booked. We chose a slight upgrade, he allowed us access then and there and authorised us to have breakfast. We had a brief walk around before going back to our room for a rest. There are self serve laundry facilities there which meant we could do a little washing ( unlike later when a laundry lady in another city shrank our clothes! ). There is a lovely sun terrace on the room, free tea and coffee all day as well as the ability to buy cold drinks at reception. When we were leaving we had a night flight, the duty manager allowed us go stay in our room until late evening ( for a charge) even though it was very busy. The staff were great. Breakfast isn't stunning but adequate. The only thing I would suggest is that they give access to boiling water for tea not simply hot water, a minor detail in what is an excellent hotel with excellent staff in a great location. Superb value for money, so much so we have booked with them on our return journey.

"A neat place to stay"
This is a hotel I would definitely recommend. The lobby is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen...trust me...if you go you will know what I am talking about. The staff is wonderful. The location is perfect for the city. You really can't go wrong if you stay here. I won't lie to you...the rooms are very nice, but nothing spectacular. However, it's a classy hotel with a really cool history. You'll love it.

"Excellent Location, Location, Location! =)"
My husband and I went on a Holiday vacation to Mexico City. I research many hotels and Hotel Marlowe was the perfect pricing and location for our vacation. It is located very closed to Centro Historico in Distrito Federal. I loved my time in this hotel. Hot water in the restroom, cozy clean bed and you can watch some TV in English. I was very pleased!

"Convenient and safe location"
Rooms, toilets, and hallways were cleaned daily. Location was good, near the Zocalo and sightseeing spots. It was also near a metro station. Police presence was strong during my stay , didn't feel unsafe. Daily breakfast was decent with bread, cereal, fruits and pancakes.

"Business trip to Mexico City"
Excellent accomodations - gym is great (no one uses it) and has an outdoor pool and whirlpool. Great place to hold breakfast meetings - Reforma 500. Can only say great things about Concierge - selecting restaurants, assistance with transportation, and knowing time (with traffic) to reach a destination.
