We enjoy staying at this hotel! Our stay wasfor 18 days Hotel is very clean, staff are friendly, and property well maintained. Our major issue was we could not get our chromecast to work on the smart TV in our room. After many attempts it never worked and hope they can remedy this problem in the future.

The hotel has great service, great rooms and everything is new and clean. The area where it is is not walkable, you have to take uber or taxi to move in the city. I definetely recommend the hotel and would go back to it.

Elevators were often broken. Hot tub was coolish. Other than that, room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. Thank you.

the staff asked me to pay 1228 pesos for pillow when I checked out. I don’t understand why? I asked she went to check my room together with me. The taxi was waiting me to airport outside the hotel. She refused. So I had to go back to my room to check. 8 pillows nothing wrong. I found two staff in hallway. I asked to check my room together, but I waited a few minutes, they didn’t come. The taxi was waiting me outside. I am so disappointed and anxious. I had to bring the pillow to reception staff. This was a terrible experience for me. I often stay in holiday inn before. This is the first time I am so disappointed.

Nice hotel in quiet area but close to the center. There is a large mall a few blocks away. The metro and buses are close, Rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. Perfect please to stay while visiting CDMX.

The property itself was clean. Might need some upgrading, but the beds were very comfortable. The elevator is very small only 4 people can fit at one time.

Great Hotel. Clean, good restaurant for breakfast and having Starbucks is a plus!! The area is not the best but it is not horrible. Staff was nice and our cleaning lady was awesome. Would.come.back.

We always stay there breakfast allways good rooms quite beds comfortable and air conditioners blows cold. Everybody there are great people. Starbucks also there and good.

Great but no bar fridge and little ice!
I found the staff excellent and helpful, location great being very close (80mtrs) a good bus stop near main line 1, Buenavista Shopping, Transport and a few basic restraints only 250 mtrs. I did have to change rooms as a constant humm or vibration kept me up all night. The room change was done quickly at 0200 in early morning. But for me the major failing here is the fact no bar fridge in late room and only 1 small ice machine for entire 5 floor building which usually ran empty - very anoying

The staff is very courteous and attentive. The hotel room needed some maintenance details. The restrooms have glass doors but not all of them close properly. They need to pay attention to that.
