Pros: People know who you are.
Cons: Elevator did not work throughout my 5 night stay.
Every time I am in the area I choose this place. It's clean, quiet and the staff is helpful and courteous.

The room was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. However, the bed was quite firm and somewhat uncomfortable.

Holiday Inn suites, Zona RosaPosted Dec 22, 2012
Pros: the room
Location: quiet and felt safe walking around at night. A couple of good restaurants 100m from hotel, and huge variety a 10 minute walk away
after a few niggles at check-in everything else went smoothly. The room was surprisingly large and the cleaning was excellent. The hotel is in a quiet area in the Zona Rosa but at no time did I feel unsafe walking around at night. There are a couple of value-for-money little restaurants a 100m away - a great pizza place - and there are dozens of varied eateries a 10 minute walk or so away. The hotel breakfast is very basic, but it's cheap - good to have if you can't be bothered looking elsewhere,, Like many places in Mexico City you have to put up with blaring tvs in dining areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful once you made an effort in getting to know them - and the same can be said for most Mexicans. A few words of Spanish help as well.

Excellent location, walking distance to Several markets and great mallsPosted Nov 29, 2011
It is a very well located hotel, 1 block from the mexico wax museum, I normally stay at Holliday Inn, this time I could not find the friendly atencion that you receive from the persons in the front desk..it was not bad at all, but not as friendly as other H. Inn hotels

MisleadingPosted Mar 16, 2011 on Hotels.com
This hotel is in the Zona Rosa like New Jersey is in Manhattan. A good 6 blocks walk gets you to the "heart of the ZR. Know that before you book. Also know that this is a hotel that seems to prefer business/convention/conference trade to individual tourists. Be ready to be pushed to the back of the hotel, to hear other guests in the halls at night pounding on doors calling our "Can you hear me?" as they pound on the doors of adjacent rooms. And know that hotel security does nothing to stop such incidents when they occur. If you can put up with these and similar details, the hotel is good value. If you want quiet, comfort, and the level of service you ordinarily receive in comparabe hotels in this price range in other areas of Mexico City (or other areas of the ZR) -- book yr room elsewhere.

Good value, clean, good space, good room. Nice people. Safe feeling area. Ask hotel to arrange transportation to the airport...It will cost less and it is safe.
