The hotel itself is really nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the rooms. The only con was that it was pretty far away from all the major monuments. However, transportation in cdmx is really affordable and close to the hotel so it was not a big deal. I felt pretty safe here :)

Not worth the price
I’m a little upset about this place. 1 there’s no air conditioning, 2 the wifi constantly cuts out. My neighbors were extremely loud in the hallways and were smoking in their rooms. Only one outlet worked, and there’s no Netflix or modern television. This place is nice but the owners need to do some serious renovations.

Never Again!!
I have stayed at Motels paid by the hour better than this. To begin I had to wait for a room even after getting 30 mins after my check in time, then I had to go ask 30 minutes later if the room was ready. Towels are sand paper, shower door leak water into sink and bathroom area. Bathroom “vanity” is more like a shame sink. NO AC! It gets HOT!!.. 2 star Hotel maybe!

Very disappointed
It's a motel basically, I got the last room of the hotel which had 2 massive AC openings into the room that wouldn't close, unsafe. Manager rude. I didn't get another room or refund. I left this awful place whitout hesitation.

Was not very well care around lobby, chairs are ripped. Floor of the room sticky. Skip the food at the restaurant.

I like the fact that I will NEVER reserve with them again. I dislike the employees lask of attendance -they did NOT respect my reservation (even though i paid in advance) -they did not help me find another accommodation -Tania sat giggling with the guy that works in the "passing 4 hour motel" -Tania stood on her phone the whole time and did the bare minimum -Tania was lazy -they made excuses as to why they did not respect my reservation but i have ALL the emails and conversation codes and Tania even admitted she could see the messages of when I asked for a higher floor. -first it was "well we dont have rooms" then it was "well we dont have your reservation", THEN it was an offer to pay additional money so I could [sleep] in the [adult themed motel] in the back. Do NOT stay here. Expedia should take this "business" off of their site. /// espanol: Me gusta que :) NUNCA volveré a reservar con ellos. No me gusta la falta de asistencia de los empleados y su pereza. -no respetaron mi reserva (aunque pagué por adelantado) -no me ayudaron a encontrar otro alojamiento -Tania se sentó a reír con el tipo que trabaja en el "motel que pasa 4 horas" -Recepcionista Tania se paró en su teléfono todo el tiempo e hizo lo mínimo. -daron excusas de por qué no respetaron mi reserva, pero tengo TODOS los correos y códigos de conversación y Tania incluso admitió que podía ver los mensajes de cuando pedí un piso más alto. -Primero fue "bueno, no tenemos habitaciones", luego fue "buen

The room had no air conditioner. Only one free outlet by the entrance. We had to buy and extension to charge phones. No complimentary anything, they charge for ice, coffee and you can only have 2 towels at a time. I will not stay there next time and I suggest you find another place too.

The staff is nice, I have to say it, however, my room had no AC, so I had to open the windows and hear the noise, small or loud from other people, around the night, what made my sleep poor and bad. The bed, certainly a pleasant big king size was sadly very hard and ultimately unpleasant for me. The bidet, something I consider important for a hotel visit. was not working either, so, very disappointing interior place that on its exterior appearance looks nice and inviting.

The hotel shakes every time a large vehicle drives by, it feels like an earthquake. Literally it rocks the building, not kidding! The cleanliness is not there, they don't change the towels daily. The beds are hard. The location is said to be 4 minutes from the basilica. It is a 15 to 20 minute uber ride depending on traffic. There is no AC.

Great overnight stay, very close to the bus station I was using to go onto San Miguel and very very reasonable price. Staff all friendly and helpful.
