A nice hotel, but pillows are small and no hand railing to go up the stairs at the main entrance. Otherwise the hotel is very good in a central but quiet location. Wi-Fi in the rooms directly. Definitely recommend.

Restaurante cierra muy temprano no tiene nada abierto en la noche
For the price, very nice. The staff were incredible. Lobby looks tremendous. They put up with my bad spanish. Equipment in fitness room falling apart. Room itself was as basic as a motel. Hard bed, basic bathroom, no heat or air conditioning. You can open windows.
The lobby looks chic and modern, which disguises that the rooms are small, dingy and not terribly clean. There was a scary stain on the only chair in the room, and the mattress was worn and saggy. And what was that smell in the stairwell?

Honestly i was expecting a little biger rooms, i guess for 3 adults they are to small, the rooms smell like if you walk in to an old room, really dark, the only window that we got it was to small, in general it was just ok, we well NOT go back

Nice Area near Reforma but the facilities are quite old and bad conditions.
Great location and very clean. I’d definitely stay here again. The only downside was is the bed was a tad bit firm but still good enough for sleep but that up your bed recommendations

The property is in a convenient location for shopping and dining, however property needs improvements. All the equipemnt in their gym is not working
Hotel Sevilla is located in a convenient location both for walking and public transportation. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly - the rooms are not luxurious but it was perfect for our needs. We had hot water and the facility seemed well-kept. There is a grocery store down the block a bit to pick up any incidentals you may need, and a bakery on the corner. Coffee lovers note: the cafe Gran Premio is around the corner and it serves your favorite caffeinated beverage, pastries, and has Wi-Fi.
What I liked about staying here was the convenient location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness. I appreciated the complimentary water provided every day, the fitness center, and the very affordable pricing.
The main negative with this place was the bed itself. The bed was very uncomfortable and caused me to have trouble sleeping nearly every night I stayed in it. I had to request more pillows to keep my back from going out.
Another negative was the wifi. They have wifi but its basically unusable. If you can get a full 5 minutes a day out of it, you are lucky.
The third negative I had was with the elevator. I actually got trapped in the elevator for about 5 minutes during my stay. The entire thing went dark and stopped workout and then ejected me underground which confused me as I didn't know how to get back to the main building. The call box inside the elevator did not work.
Es muy molesto ver papeles por todos lados durante el check in. Sugiero que hagan su trabajo administrativo en la oficina y solo dejar personal de recepción atiende a los clientes.
Service was ok. They question you at the front desk if you ask for towels. Rooms are old and dingy, carpet needs to changed, it smells and extremely dirty. Bathroom curtain needs to be changed as well. We were only there for two nights and one day. It served its purpose.
