“Very nice hotel, good service and location, could use a remodel”

The hotel is very well located and service was very good. Thecarpet in the room is a bit worn out and the hotel in general could be updated in its decor. Other than the decor, the hotel is very good. I would recommend it.

“One of Mexico city great hotels”

The hotel is located at Polanco, one Mexico city best locations and it has the touch of JW Great hotels,must be there to appreciated

“Good hotel”

We rated 4 in confort of our room because of the bed,other hotels have nicer beds,not to mention four seasons or starwood.
