Very Good Service
Posted Jan 1, 2013
Pros: Comfy bed, nice clean room and friendly service.
Cons: Noisy freeway nearby
Location: Good location for tourist or business travellers.
We found the location very good for tourists. Many attractions and shopping are nearby. The continental breakfast was much better than Super 8 or Best Western. The only gripe I had was the noise that started around 6 AM from the nearby freeway.

Las Suites experience
Posted Jan 24, 2013
Pros: The foyer
Cons: Explain to the taxi where it's located.
Location: Nice area
Great hotel. Very modern and well designed. Rooms were big and spacious and clean. In a safe and up market area with big designer shops and great restaurants a 10 minute walk. Staff were kind and helpful and spoke English & Spanish. Definitely will return to stay there and highly recommend for anyone considering this option.

Great hotel in a great location
Posted Jan 30, 2012 on Hotels.com
This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. We love it because the suites are spacious and fully equiped, and the rest of the hotel facilities (gym, breakfast room, lounge, etc) are very nice as well. Breakfast is very complete and included in the room rate. The hotel is a few blocks from the main commercial area in Polanco. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, horrible night time construction
Posted Jan 28, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel is very nice and the rooms are beautiful. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. The problem is that the major road that runs directly next to the hotel shuts down at night for heavy construction. I have been awoken at 3 am every night to the sound of a jack hammer!!! If I ever have to come to Mexico City again, I will be sure to see if the construction is complete before booking and if not, book some place else.

Mexico City Chic
Posted Jan 5, 2012
Pros: Design. Amenities. Comfort. Style.
Location: Tricky location, more luxe apartment on a quiet street than easily accessible centrally located hotel.
Great hotel. Urban sophistication secluded on a quiet street in Polanco. Difficult to find as street turns into a one-way street as you approach it a couple blocks away.

The hotel itself is nice. The location worked for me because is close to my client and I could walk to my meetings everyday. After work is easy to get to restaurants in the polanco area. However, it is a difficult location to find and get to due to the fact that the street is one way and has limmited access. Not all taxi cabs are familiar with the location. The only other problem could be the noice from construction at night of the new bridge in the periferico Avila Camacho. A lot of the rooms have their balcony facing that way.
