"Very nice hotel- exceed our expectation"
The hotel is located in the historical center. The room is clean and nice. All the toiletry is well prepared, even including shower cap and tooth paste. The service is very nice. They provided us champion when we check in and gave us souvenir before we checked out. we also found a plate of dessert on the desk when we walked into our room. They also helped us contacted a local travel company that we booked. They even typed down the message the travel company left to us and put it in a nice envelope and left it inside our door. Everything was very nice there. We felt that we were treated like some very special important people. The view from the rooftop restaurant is great. The buffet there is nice and cheap. The beer is also included.

"A very good hotel"
This is a very nice hotel. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The surrounding area is nice, though it's very business-y. A downside is that to get anywhere will cost you a lot of money in cabs (I guess rates have gone up since I last used a Mexico City cab) unless you're staying in Santa Fe. There is an upscale mall across the street with a movie theater and a couple of interesting restaurants (Vapiano is very good). The fitness center is small but useful for a vacation while the pool is very nice (though it closes at 7pm, which is annoying). All in all, a very good hotel.

"Excellent location, great hotel"
Visited Mexico City numerous times over the last few years and it was hard to find a goo price/performance hotel in WTC area. TripAdvisor reviews pointed me to Novit and no regrets whatsoever. Excellent rooms and beds (and solid internet which I found a rarity in Mexico City hotels). Decent breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff. Will continue to stay here for further visits to Mexico City. Highly recommended both for business and exploring the city.

"Amazing!!"
The rooms were really nice, the staff was beyond helpful, the housekeepers were great, if you wanted a sedan or a taxi, they got them ASAP and opened your door, they recommended restaurants, everyone spoke at least some English which was really helpful, though we tried Spanish. They have a great pastry shop and restaurant and wonderful room service and breakfast -- including soy milk which I was excited about. They were happy to make substitutions with food. Everything is really on point there. Very luxurious and in a really great, safe neighborhood. It was a great stay and I would go back in a second.

"Great hotel for the Colonia Roma."
The hotel is nice and centrally located. The service is wonderful and the room gets cleaned no matter what time you get up or leave the hotel room. It's a great deal for the price and you certainly feel you got your money's worth. Bathrooms are nice and clean.

"Stay Elsewhere (For Some Time)"
The hotel is still under some construction so there are severe deficiencies. The room was impeccable although it was not the room I had booked. Regrettably, there was a problem with the bathroom sink and the wireless service was out for several hours. The rooftop bar (prominently shown on the site) was still not open and no vehicle was offered to take us to a neighboring hotel. Lastly they were doing construction at night so the noise precluded sleep. All in all, a hotel that would have been better served (and would serve its guests better) had they delayed the opening to a point where they are fully operational. I enjoy my stays at Hilton hotels. However, Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe is Hilton at its very worst.
