Central Location

Cons: Provide free Wifi. With so many cafes offering free wifi, you would think a room in a high end hotel would at least offer basic connectivity.
Within a walk to museums, Chapultepec Park, Zona Rosa, and metro lines. With so many eating options in Mexico City did not try the attached restaurant, however the Spa facilities were first rate.

I always stay in a hotel that has free wifi either in room or in lobby area. But this one doesn't. It's very inconvenience.

Nice hotel in good location in the Reforma area

Posted Dec 4, 2014
Pros: The Hotel is clean, safe, well run and in a good location.
We stayed 5 days as tourists. The hotel was clean, modern and well staffed. The location is great for walking to the Zona Rosa or to the museums and attractions in the Bosque de Chapultepec. Paseo de la Reforma is the busy heart of commerce and government in Mexico City. There was always traffic, construction, loud bars, sirens and outdoor events so it was busy and noisy but also vibrant and interesting. We were able to go to all the major central city landmarks, museums, historic areas ether by foot, subway, or short taxi rides. Overall this was a great hub from which to explore the city center. We did not use any of the spa facilities. We were upgraded to a suite for no extra charge so we could have the king bed we requested. There were no bad surprises. Everything was about what we expected for a somewhat pricey full-service hotel.
