I paid for an upgraded room , but when I got to the room it was not the upgrade. When I went to the front desk, they not only told me it was “not possible” to have the room I paid for. I then suggested they just refund me the difference or give me some food credit or something to help make me whole. They staff standing beside us were laughing ( out loud) at my frustration as I was told one. again it was “not possible”. It took me getting very frustrated and upset for them to eventually come back and offer me alternate room that would actually fit my family. Lastly, the TV in the room do not have the ability to buy movies, nor stream; rather they offer approximately 10 cable channels. Just glad that eventually we got a room that could sleep all 4 of us.

I got the room at 5:30am and got charge more for the early check in then it says online (Early check in tiene un costo extra de $775.00MXN) I was only staying there the morning and leaving at 3-4pm because I had a connecting flight so pretty much paid a whole extra day to just sleep the morning. They never mentioned there was a soccer field right outside the window. Games started at 9am and didnt end until 1pm and the crowd was very loud. I was very annoyed and tired I didn't even want to call to get a new room and move all my stuff. I had to sleep through all the noise. Horrible experience especially because I was only staying a few hours only to sleep. The check in was also bad, the front desk ladies have no good customer service at all. They seemed to treat white people better which is sad!

Good option if you need to stretch your legs for a long layover at T2. Rooms are big and modern. Doesn’t feel like you are at an airport hotel with flights flying over.

So hard to find this hotel. No signs in the airport (that I could see) and the Uber driver left me at the wrong place because he couldn’t find it either.

This is our favorite airport hotel in Mexico City. We stay there on average a half dozen times per year, because we live in Veracruz (happily retired on the beach) and travel a lot internationally. The rooms are nice, the restaurant and bar are nice, breakfast is great, and service is just super friendly and professional. OK, this is an airport hotel, so this is not where you would plan a honeymoon. But we have had better service here than in $1,000 per night hotels in luxury beach locations.

Check in process was extremely slow. For a modern hotel, check in was 25-30 minutes per person. I was fourth in line and waited one hour and 20 minutes before it was my turn to check in. Two clerks worked at snail pace despite having computers and had booked on line a month before. Completely unacceptable.

Convenient location, but our room had stained sheets and towels, even a hole in a bedsheet. Also, the Internet was terrible. Our phones couldn’t even connect and our laptop was disconnected from the network several times. When it was connected, the internet was very slow. We were in room 1032.

Waited 40 minutes in line for check-in. Then 20 minutes to get checked in. They found my reservation immediately but the girl did not know what she was doing. Seemed only 1 out of 4 receptionists knew how the system worked. Other people took even longer. Many were very mad. Check-in at a Super 8 takes a few minutes!!!!

Had the worst unsafe experience. The room was double booked and somebody had key to the room and tried to enter at 11 at night. The dryer didn’t work and no blankets were provided even after multiple requests to the front desk. We were told that they would not refund the payment and said they would give a discount for next trip but never answered emails about it later. Very disappointed given the airport hotel was selected so that we could be safe.

Being at the terminal was ideal for next day early travel. Although cards did not work when we got to room, I called and had a staff member arrive shortly with an activated card. Room service was great especially setting breakfast up to a designated time night before!
