Great hotel best neighborhood in Mexico city

Posted Mar 5, 2015
Our room was great, clean, big, balcony with a view on the 11th floor. The staff was nice and helpful and the main concierge during the day super awesome and helpful with getting you places or figuring out what to do or where to go. The pool is nice and clean and big. The best part was location, you could walk to shopping or museums and you could get food everywhere. I felt comfortable in our neighborhood anytime of day.

nos confundimos

Posted Feb 11, 2015

City hotel

Posted Feb 2, 2015
I used to stay in some others NH hotels in Europe, mainly in Paris. Due to my good experience over there I accepted to stay in NH Mexico City because it was for a short stop over in my way to NYC. Very bad decision. The worse hotel I has been, ever.

Pros: Great location
Only one of three elevators functioned (I was there 23-25JAN). The OnDemand in-room movie system did not function. There was a power outage for 60-90 minutes one morning from 1000-1130.

Hotel muy bien ubicado y personal muy amable

Posted Jan 19, 2015

Terible!
