“Nice to stay”

This hotel is located in a nice business area, but there are good local attractions also.

“Good Hotel, excelent price”

I stayed at the Novotel Mexico City for a music concert, the location was excellent since in Mexico City distances are very long. It is a great hotel for the price you pay, since there are many other hotels nearby but with higher prices. I strongly recommend it!

“Hotel friendly and near to my office.”

I stayed at the Novotel 1 night fos a quick business. Everyone I came in contact with, from the doorwoman, to the desk person, to the restaurant staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. The lobby has some free computer/internet terminals. The room was not overly large, but had everything I could want. The bathroom was cleaned very well.

“SantaFe's best Hotel”

Everything was outstanding. The staff is the friendliest i've ever met (and I travel a lot!) The concierge ("Luis" i believe) was very helpful and he definitely made us feel very welcome, he was very attentive, he did make the difference.. I definitely recommend this Hotel. I have visited the "Santa Fe zone" several times and so far Novotel has my preference.

“Good choice in Mexico City”

We spend the Christmas night in the Novotel Santa Fe since we went to Mexico City for the holiday with my family. This Hotel is excellent quality and the service was perfect. We had a nice breakfast the next day and come back home very happy afterward. The location of this Hotel is perfect if you want to be in the Santa Fe area of Mexico City. It is quiet and super comfortable. I strongly recommend it.

“A very good hotel”

This is a very nice hotel. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The surrounding area is nice, though it's very business-y. A downside is that to get anywhere will cost you a lot of money in cabs (I guess rates have gone up since I last used a Mexico City cab) unless you're staying in Santa Fe. There is an upscale mall across the street with a movie theater and a couple of interesting restaurants (Vapiano is very good). The fitness center is small but useful for a vacation while the pool is very nice (though it closes at 7pm, which is annoying). All in all, a very good hotel.

“Clean, comfy, near Embassies”

Clean room and comfortable bedding. Can get to Santa Fe Mall via bus in a matter of a few minutes. Stayed here while taking care of business in Embassy area of town (about 15min taxi ride).

“We would stay there again”

My wife and I stayed there for four nights in Dec. 2007. We found the hotel and rooms very clean and well kept. The staff was courteous and friendly and most spoke English. We ordered breakfast from the menu and were not charged for anything but the tip. The only shortcoming was the TV reception and number of channels in English.
