Nice & comfortablePosted Feb 15, 2014
Pros: Its location and clean rooms
Cons: The showers, the safe being in the wall and not on top of a small shoe stand. As there is a coffee maker, they should put coffee and water everyday.
Location: Restaurants, stores, amenities.
The hotel was convenient located in the Zona Rosa, near restaurants and amenities. The staff was very friendly friendly and cooperative.

More police than people. Felt safe.Posted Feb 14, 2014
It served it's purpose. 2 blocks to a metro so you can go anywhere and make it back with ease. Print a map of the metro. Make sure its the updated one with Line 12. Staff spoke English and we'd probably friendly and polite. It's located in what is considered a gay neighborhood, however I'm from Vancouver BC and did not see anything on the sidewalks that was even remotely gay.

DisappointedPosted Dec 16, 2013
Location: Location was Ok, BUT TOO CLOSE to noisy avenue.
I was expecting a better facilities. Two hotels almost with the same name. Staff was OK. Too close to a big avenue, too noisy. They must have a better maintenance program.

Location: Safe area, 4 blocks from the Angel, metro stop is a 5 minute walk, and several food spots to eat at within a few blocks

Needs urgent attention to important matters.Posted Nov 16, 2013
Pros: The Hotel staff
Cons: The suites have a coffee maker but do not put the coffee nor the water bottles, essential in Mexico City. The safe is not embedded in the wall.
Location: Zona Rosa...It was wonderful years ago. Now it should be called Zona Roja,,,
-The safe is not embedded in the wall, is on top of a small piece of furniture. Easy to steal. -They do not put coffee/or water in the rooms even thought a coffee maker is provided. -Shower heads can certainly be changed for new ones. Water goes everywhere.

Good spot near Zona Rosa!Posted Nov 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is right near the Zona Rosa area, just a block or two from the nightlife and restaurant scene that this part of Mexico City has to offer. Subway stop is close by as well. Although we did request 2 double beds in our reservation, we were told that there was only 1 room left, with a king bed. They did offer to switch our room the next day, but we ended up just staying in that room for the next 4 days, was fine. Our room was also equipped with a kitchenette, which allowed us to chill beverages and enjoy before going out. Breakfast was sufficient: coffee, fruit, assorted pastures, cereals, etc. Wifi was very good in the hotel. Very reasonably priced hotel. Would stay again if in Mexico City.

Satisfied will go again if possible. There is room of improvement in breakfast area. They should supply at least a bottle of water with breakfast.
