The hotel was clean, spacious and safe. There were some mild irritations like dirty and moldy drain covers, no exhaust fan in the bathroom and no fridge. The bigger irritations were that it's right on Reforma which produced very loud street noise, we could hear every footstep above us as well as anyone in the hallway, and any movement of water through the pipes. The front desk women as well as the bell guys were all very nice.

staff at the hotel, other than the doorman and cleaning staff were very standoffish and unhelpful. The overall feeling was that they did not want you at the hotel, other than a few staff members who seem to go above and beyond. We were to start a schedule tour there, and the desk staff not only had no idea about the tour, but we're totally disinterested in assisting at all. certainly would not recommend this property

The hotel was very clean and well maintained however it's dated and needs a renovation. The elevator was very slow to move and the TV could have been bigger. The AC worked very well. I would stay here again because of the cleanliness and the location. Overall it was a positive experience.

Excelente atencion en especial la del señor Baldemar quien siempre estuvo atento a prestarnos el mejor servicio como botones, el hotel sebe sentirse orgulloso de tener un empleado como El. Tambien cabe anotar la excelente ubicacion del hotel, la limpieza y confort, solo faltaria que tenga mini refrigeradores en las habitaciones. gracias señores.

property is well maintained but front desk not always helpful. Foul smells eminating from pipes in bathroom was difficult to stand. Don't get a street facing room - you'll never sleep! Worst issue was finding a bed bug after switching rooms to get away from the first two issues. Won't stay again - it's a shame but that was just too much.

Estuve 5 noche, el hotel y sus empleados fueron excelentes una atención excelente… está ubicado en un área muy segura y cerca de todo en la zona rosa, Al Ángel de la Independencia al metro de la ciudad un hotel muy bueno y súper limpio lo recomiendo a ojo cerrado. Lo único malito y no es nada pero q me gustaría q tomaran carta en eso es q coloquen un televisor smart TV y un poco más grande y q tenga streaming y será el mejor hotel es algo cosmético pero esencial pero le sigo dando las 5 estrella q se merece el hotel

I really like the location.I felt safe. It was close to the Angel monument of Independence and the staff was really nice. They let us check in with no problem everything was good.
