Awesome Stay and always a pleasure! Property is a historic building that has been tastefully remodeled. Rooms are fantastic and beds comfortable. New dining room menu was delicious , at least what I tried. Nice continental breakfast each day. Staff are lovely and very efficient with front desk agents who speak excellent English. Neighbourhood is safe to walk and Parque Bosque de Tlapan is 400 ft away. I’ve returned many times..

Contras - No percibí que la calidad del hotel fuera un small Luxury hotel of the world - No tienen leches vegetales - El desayuno es continental (no lo especifica en ningún lado al momento de reservar). - El gimnasio es demasiado pequeño, si hay otra persona ya es incómodo usarlo, además de que no tiene prácticamente nada de equipo. Parece que fue hecho para “cumplir” con la amenidad. - No tienen artículos de primera necesidad como rastrillos o gel. - El agua la dan en botellas de agua pequeñas como hotel One. - La relación valor precio es mucho mejor en un hotel holiday Inn (pagué como $1,800mxn). Habitaciones más amplias, mejores amenidades y muchas veces desayuno incluido. - No saben el tema de facturación con Expedia. No me han podido generar una factura que pedí desde que reservé y pagué la habitación. Falta capacitación al respecto con el personal. - Se escucha todo el ruido de afuera y de otras habitaciones. Pros - Es un hotel pintoresco con gente con excelente actitud de servicio.

Loved the property and the staff. Building is a gem and has been remodeled in a cool and stylish. Rooms are very well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. Dining area has some nice options and atmosphere and is reasonable. It is a hidden gem very close to the running/walking trail at Parque at Bosque de Tlapan. And speaking of hidden, the sign is visible from the road but you have to look for it. Apple Maps and Waze will bring you right to the front door!

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. So close to shops and restaurants, but you're tucked away from the major highway/traffic. The staff was very accommodating and so attentive to our family. We personally enjoyed how quiet and safe the location was. The rooms were perfect for us with 2 small kids. The daily breakfast was a great way to start our day, and the staff in the evening extended their bar hours for us. I cannot recommend this location enough- my only issue was with the parking (very limited), but the hotel was able to move vehicles around quickly to make sure we could get out on time. We cannot wait to go back!
