Good place to stay if you're arriving into Mexico City late (as the hotel is located at proximity to the airport with 24 hr. shuttle service) and/or, if you're planning to rent a car to get around.
Great place for an overnight stop

For an affordable, overnight rest somewhere clean where they speak fluent English, you can't beat it.

This was a second visit to the hotel... a jumping off point to another destination. We were very pleased to be upgraded from a jr. suite to a full size suite by the front desk clerk. Enjoyed a nice dinner, with attentive service. The airport shuttle is quite efficient and prompt.

Great place for Business or Pleasure

Pros: Wonderful food and drinks, beautiful pool.
Cons: In-room TV reception was not good, but who goes to a hotel to watch TV anyway?
Location: Close to Airport and Centro Historico
Couldn't get a room at our preferred hotel, but this hotel more than made up for it. We had comfortable beds in a clean and quiet room, delicious dinner in the restaurant, and espresso in the bar. They also gave us a free ride to the Airport at 4:00 a.m.
Very nice place!

The food was amazing...the staff was wonderful especially since we spoke little Spanish. Great amenities, the airport shuttle was a wonderful convenience. Would definitely return.

Great Hotel in Mexico City

Pros: The staff and the restaurant; the proximity to the Palacio de los Deportes, where we attended a concert
Cons: The neighborhood at night might not be the best
Location: This hotel is very near the airport and the Palacio de los Deportes, where many concerts are held. Also, it is within two blocks of a subway station.
The restaurant at the hotel is very good and serves food all day. The staff were very welcoming and informative

Wonderful service, staff extremely helpful esp when we didn't speak much Spanish. My only complaint is the bed is very hard. The location is a short cab or subway ride into Zocalo. I chose this hotel for its location to concert venue. The food was fabulous!! Room service was 24 hours, something you rarely find in the US. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel, quiet and relaxing.

Pros: pool and whirlpool
Cons: That you had to purchase water after the initial free bottle that came with the room.
Location: Not too far from the airport.
Very nice hotel, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The drapes kept it dark so that we could sleep. The pool was different in that the water was warm instead of cold, but it was so relaxing. The people were nice. We appreciated the airport van returning us to the airport. Would have liked a pick up at the airport as well...tried to arrange it but it didn't happen.

Pros: the out of pocket transportation to airport
Cons: restaurant not child-friendly
Location: Quite. Good to sleep
Pleasant enough. The pool has warm water. Missing child friendly areas. I only stayed for one night.

Pros: Junior suite has two bedrooms for a very good rate
Location: Excellent location, close to "Palacio de los Deportes" and "Foro Sol"
Nothing but good things to say about this hotel, stayed there for a concert at "Palacio de los Deportes" and it was very convenient, they have taxi service to and from the concert venue
