Best service ever from a chain hotel. The staff was very professional and keep care of every detail during staying. Everything, from the lobby to the room was perfectly clean.

Santa Fe is not part of Mexico City!Posted Nov 17, 2013
Location: Do not expect to see Mexico City. Santa Fe is a city in itself. I am not a fan of this suburb, too cold and expensive and isolated from the actual cit
The hotel is nice, but way too far from Mexico City. Average taxi price to actully go to the city is 30 dollars. Round trip, 60 dollars.

The Sheraton Suites is best suited for a business traveler. The rooms are huge however the condition and quality of the interior decor is a bit dated.

Good business hotelPosted Dec 16, 2011 on Hotels.com
Convenient for business meetings in Santa Fe, good restaurants within walking distance, well-equipped health club, spacious rooms (easy to work), although furnishings a bit dated. Not convenient if you need to be downtown. Lunch at the hotel restaurant was uninspired.

Sheraton Suites SF - Great Location and ServicePosted Mar 7, 2011 on Hotels.com
Get what you expect as a business traveler. Room is much better than the other hotel next door. The experience is also much better. Only complaint is the El Bajio restaurant can't charge to room.
