“Good Hotel”
Great Hotel. It lacked the overall mood of a W lobby but it was good all around.
“loud music in lobby”
location is great service is good rooms are nice and big lobby is non existent no common areas on ground floor except for loud bar bath tup/shower is stupid in lay out and design food is poor except for breakfast
“Not impressed and over priced”
Not impressed,no coffee in room, mold in the shower and over priced . Located in a nice neighborhood and safe.
“loved mexico city and the hotel is beautiful and great service!!”
loved mexico city and the hotel is beautiful and great service!!
“See others”
It is an excellent hotel. Great location and very modern. Good gym and wet area. Only problem with the room is the light at morning. If you require a perfect darkness to slew, this is not the one.
“Funky, Trendy and looks like the place to be”
Definitely a hip hotel. If you want an 'elegant' hotel, then stick to the four seasons, but if you like to have a drink in a happening place in the evening, and love the W style, then this one's highly recommended. VERY good size rooms. Dont know if I got upgraded, but booked a last min expedia special.
“A good choice”
I enjoyed my stay there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and service was efficiently delivered; from the Front Desk arrival to the check out departure, thi Gs were well managed. This was literally upbeat! The arrival area throbbed with music; the elevators and corridors pulsated rhythms; and stereo sounds in the room made you want to party!
“NICE LOCATION, NICE HOTEL,”
The location is near the main museums, nice restaurants and nightlife. Nice to walk around. The rooms very comfortable with minimalist decoration.
“MEXICO TOP 5”
THE HOTEL IS BEUTIFUL, VERY DECO AND VERY CLEAN THE ONLY MISSING PART IS A SWIMING POOL
“I'm Addicted to the W!”
Amazing trip, amazing hotel, from start to finish. Customer service and amenities were beyond my wildest dreams. You name it, you get it.
