Musty smelling and needs updating. I wouldn't stay there again. They don't except pets - I don't have a pet, but if I did I wouldn't let it stay there.

needs customer service training

We had a problem with customer service. There was a mistake with the way it was booked on Hotels.com and who was staying in the rooms. It autofilled the account holders' name on one of the rooms and the hotel service clerk would not let one guest stay in one of the rooms. Instead he sold us a third room, but would not let us use the our corporate credit card over the phone and instead charged our employee directly. When Hotels.com tried to call and resolve this so that we could cancel the second room booking, he would not help and said they could call back on Monday. I am still awaiting confirmation that one of my two room reservations will be cancelled. The clerk did not try to help the guest feel welcome or comfortable.

Old hotel with strange odors

Cons: Update the interior, make repairs and do something about the cooking odors
Location: Not much.
I have stayed here 3 times in the past, so I knew what to expect. However, every time I stay here it seems to be a little worse. This last stay was definitely my last. The safety bar in the shower had been pulled out of the wall and was not reinstalled. Instead, the holes were filled with silicone and the bar removed. In addition, volume on the televisions arbitrarily shuts off and the only way to restore it is to unplug the TV and wait for it to "reset". The rooms are reasonably clean, but the cooking odors coming from the onsite manager's living area are overpowering. The lobby has always had a strong odor, but the smells we encountered on this last visit were too strong to tolerate.

The hotel is nothing to rave about. The over powering curry or incent smell was just too much. in the lobby and even in the hallway upstairs. There were several outlets in our room that did not work. The random recliner in the corner of the room made no sense at all.

It was nice. The staff were friendly. But there was a day where the hallway really smelled smoke. All rooms on the hallway were marked non-smoking rooms, but for some reason the smell of the smoke was really strong. Other than that day, our stay for 5 days was pleasant. Thank you

Good stay, a pool would have been nice but, otherwise can't complain.
