The following rules apply: Pets may not be kept on patio areas or balconies of guestrooms or suites when the owner is not present. The City of Sunny Isles does not permit any pets on the beach. Housekeeping services will not be performed without the pet owner present, unless the pet is crated. Pet owners are responsible for the repair or replacement of any items stained or damaged by the pet. Proof of current vaccination shots are required prior to the pet's arrival. Pet owners are responsible for any injury inflicted upon a resort guest or resort employee by their pet.
