Transportation from airport to here was short and nice and the hotel itself was clean and up to date. There is a McDonald’s and ihop walking distance which was nice also.

The hotel was not bad, staff were pleasant and helpful. Was disapponted the rooms didnt have any mini refrigerators. The food options nearby as well as in the hotel were excellent.

Pictures are not accurate. The room we received was smaller than one on a cruise ship, with a tarp over our window. The pool closes at 7:00pm. Overall, just not enjoyable.

Continently located close to the airport. Shuttle service to the airport was satisfactory. Shuttle service from the airport back to the hotel, terrible. Staff lacks the knowledge to give clear, simple instructions for the return shuttle service. Hotel has no elevator. Staff was not very accommodating with their efforts to provide rooms on the first floor even after mentioning we had a disabled guest in our party. We asked for blankets, not extra blankets, just blankets as there were NONE in the rooms. We were informed that housekeeping was gone for the day, and they had no access to those items. We were given two sheets. It was only 5 pm? We didn’t get it. These should be the most basic of items that hotels should be able to provide their guests…

The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was very good, staff and food. Now what I didn't like was the room, 2 twin beds, very small not a lot of room,the bathroom was very small also. They charged $12 for breakfast, most hotels offer this for free. I have stayed at hotels with better breakfast than this for free.

OK place to grab some sleep! There is no elevator to the second floor so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs! I dont know whether is was broken when I was there, or they don't have an elevator.

The property is located very near to the MIA airport and is served by a shuttle service. The shuttle runs 24/7, leaving hourly (on the hour) from the hotel. A good choice for an overnight stay when you have an early flight next day.

Very limited room options. No elevators so if you have a bunch of luggage very difficult to get your luggage to your room (upstairs) and staff is not helpful with that. Not much to do close by either.

Free airport shuttle as well as Port of Miami for $12PP (by third party) No elevator on site and dated facility. On site restaurant has good selection and good prices. Not much in the area if you don't have a vehicle.
