“Too far from the MIA”

The room had a very bad smell of smoke. It supposed to be near MIA, but it was 8 miles far from it.

“Good hotel for the area”

Good hotel for the area, we have family in the Doral area and the Baymont Inn hotel is a good option to stay for a couple of days. The only issue that I had with the hotel was that the gave me a smoking room and the did not offer me a non smoking room. I had to buy something to remove the smell of cigarrettes.

“disappointed”

I really was disappointed with the 4 hour wait at the airport for the hotels shuttle.....i called the hotel the night before i arrived to confirm my reservation and the shuttle service..the clerk informed me that the shuttle passes every hour and my reservation was fine. We we outside at 1:30 p.m. at Miami airport when it was 2:30 I called the hotel who then informed me the shuttle's last service is 1 then again at 3 so i said I would wait until 3 as it was already 2:30...At 3:20 we did not see the shuttle so we called the hotel again asking them is the shuttle "Baymont Inn" it took 3 calls for them to inform us the shuttle is Best Western Plus......how could a person who bookd Baymont think the shuttle would say Best Western Plus> Can I book a hotel under Diana Ross and show up with my ID?There was little that the staff did to pacify this situation other than this it was a nice hotel...close to the malls $10USD one way...

“Good stay in shopping area and airport”

Great location for shopping, nearby Dolphin Mall and International Mall with free shuttles every hour from the hotel. The free hotel shuttle from the airport takes a break between 1-3pm, be aware of this otherwise you wait for it for a loooong time! I finally took a taxi and the hotel reimbursed me as this information was not available on the Web site: well done!

“Not Impressed”

I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. We booked a King Size room online through Expedia. When we checked in and went to the room it had two Double beds. I went back downstairs to advise Front Desk Agent he gave me the wrong room and he said no, he didnt. I then showed him my booking and email from Expedia and he said "O Yea, that is the wrong room". He then gave us a new key for a King Size Room. We then went to get ice from the ice maker. The ice maker did not work and there was not ice available in the whole hotel. I then went to the courtesy computer to make an airline booking online. When I sent it to print I found the printer was out of ink and paper and not working...Too many disappointments...all so simple and straightforward and could have been avoided...come on...no ice available in the whole hotel...they need to improve!

“Dirty Hotel”

The hotel room was very dirty and the carpet in the room very smelly. The location was great but the hotel needs to be upgraded badly!

“Not impressed”

The hotel is in very bad conditions of cleaning, the carpet is dirty, the shower room 107 is horrible, but I requested repair was not satisfactory. The staff was not very helpful.
