Hotel close to the beach, need you décoration

Pros: To be on the beach with a nice boardwalk.
Cons: A rellooking express will be greatly appreciated.
Location: Everything must be done with your care.
The location is on the beach, there is almost nothing in the eria at night.... no super market. The restaurants are hotel restaurant.... The room décoration are too old and sometimes in bad condition. The price is still good for Miami beach. You can easily listen your neighbour in your room :-)

Found the hotel online, stayed 2 days prior to our cruise. Liked it so much we re-booked another night after our cruise. Room was great view was outstanding.

It wasn't worth the amount of money they charging ... It's extra far from the strip! Trust me the pictures are fooling

Cons: They need a hot tub.
Location: My overnight stay didn't allow other activities
This hotel was recommended by Expedia as being close to the Port of Miami. It's actually 30-40min away by taxi

We stayed from the 14th and April 2015 and we supposed to check out on the 16th but we extend hours of vacation until the 17th was a nice place and cleaning and the prices was very very reasonable and it's almost close to anything you want and you wish to see in Miami my advice to you to stay in

Poor management

My son felt uncomfortable, so we came earlier to check in at 14:30. But the staff said the 2room not ready, the guaranteed time is 16:00. We waited in lobby and asked to check in at 16:00. They said room still not ready, and made a phone call to CS. I was told that still need half to one hour. I asked why. They said that "the ocean front room" was cleaned after other rooms with different type. Asked again at around 16:45, I was told that only one room was ready. We asked to check in this room firstly. We waited to 17:30, the another room was still not ready. And the staff said the carpet was wet. They could offer us a room in 4th floor (our 1st room is in 5th). Actually, the 4th floor is the 1st floor on the beach level... I asked whether there were higher level. He said that all other ocean front rooms in the higher level were all checked in already. However, they told me that the check in time started at 16:00. I don't believe all other customers came earlier or one day before our coming. Anyway, I asked to check the "wet carpet", and felt it's acceptable, didn't understand why they said it's not ok. Then we moved in this room.And still more disappointments, the hotel started wiping glasses on each balcony from the afternoon of the 2nd day. 4 thick ropes hang on balcony. Destroyed the view. The workers worked in the 3rd morning before our check out. Brushed the windows at balcony. We lost mood to enjoy the ocean front view which we spent a lot of money, really disappointed!

Nice hotel, close to beach.

Pros: location, location. location
Cons: There was a 6" metal warning plate at the balcony door and even though we knew it was there we kept tripping on it. Probably safer w/o it.
Location: beach side, nice board walk to use, jet ski rentals, easy walk to canal were the big boats are docked.
Not much parking, only 26 spots but I was able to snag the last one. $28.00 and well worth it. Staff is very friendly. I will go back

Not so good.

The property is not terrible. Had the smoke detector start chirping at 4 AM. This went on for about 10 minutes. Long enough to keep me tossing and turning for another hour or so. The tub/shower change valve was somewhat broken and needed some maneuvering to make work. Lastly, we went out to the beach which was adorned with blue umbrellas and white lounge chairs. We were promptly met by a gentleman that informed us we could rent the chairs which came with a towel and water. If we wanted an umbrella it would be extra. I guess we assumed a big hotel chain like Best Western would spring for some chairs and umbrellas. We only stayed one night. Not a great experience.

Ocean Front

Pros: Being close to the Ocean and being on the Board walk
Cons: Better parking
Location: Not a lot to do in this area had to walk a lot just to get in the food or to get to shopping
Location was Good, Like being close to the ocean, just wish we were closer to Food options and shopping
