-Nice hotel , very clean , easy check in / out. -Free parking. -Wifi could work better - we really struggled with that. -pool was very clean / needed more towels outside but when asked we got them promptly. - be sure to stop at the hotel bar and have a chat with eddie 👍 Als

Everything was pretty nice and clean. My only complains are that the shower in my room lacked pressure and there are no Tesla chargers but there are regular electric vehicle chargers.

The bed was too soft & uncomfortable. I struggled to get soap out of the sop dispenser & it took a long time for the water to heat up in the shower. Not all members of the staff was friendly.

The rooms were of average quality, definitely showing their age. Breakfast was a little more disappointing than I'm used to. Not much in way of hot selections -mass baked tater tots and sausage were only hot options. I made myself a waffle. Only one flavor of yogurt, just things like that. Only put 2 big towels , 1 small and 1 washcloth in each room. Were modestly accomodating for handicapped visitor thst I am, but on return trip there after our cruise did not have the accessible room I requested available. Finally, this place IS NOT anywhere near Miami International Airport - it's a good 30 minutes away if traffic is low. It is near Miami Executive Airport, where private planes land

I didn’t like I had hair on my bed called guess service he didn’t send house keeping up b/c hotel was packed and only gave me two small pillows to replace the pillows.

Far from Miami international airport, there’s small airport there. Asked the staff about a place to get some food he doesn’t know the area, he said use google.

The only big Negative thing we did not like was the ceiling shower head becuz it was weak compared to the wall shower head style..Also a another Negative was there was No Shower door or shower Curtains from stopping the water from splashing water all over the washroom floor! That made no sense why the hotel would not install a shower door or a curtain!!!??? Other then that, overall the hotel was clean, customer service was excellent, breakfast was great, free parking, wifi was good.. easy check-in and check-out.

It was a very average, nothing special Best Western that was very close to the Miami Executive airport, but too far from Miami International. The from desk staff were often no where to be found and house keeping we were told, only made up your room once every 3 days. We also had difficulty getting our towels replaced and it was the bar tender that finally assisted us. We would certainly NOT stay at this Best Western again as there are too many other choices in the Miami area!

I booked this hotel on Expedia thinking it was close to the airport… wrong airport!! We had a $100 cab ride with our family of 6 after landing at Miami airport. This is next to Miami executive airport instead. A gentleman behind us at check-in did the same thing. The property and rooms are very nice but just be sure when booking that you do not need it near Miami airport.
