We stayed here because we had an early flight the next day. it worked out so well. All the staff were very friendly and worked very hard to accommodate everyone. The room was modern and up to date and had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and coffee.

This property was very well maintained and the cleanliness was commendable. The staff was excellent. I personally loved the tub mat, something you don’t see in many hotels anymore. Airport shuttle was very efficient. Breakfast bar was a great convenience and very good.

It’s a tired hotel with an old indoor pool. There is no seating outdoors at all which is surprising for Miami with great weather

Property looks good in pictures but not so much in real life. Carpets have various stains that should be removable with deep cleaning but … Desk chair was damaged and saw ants in the bathroom. My bath had no body wash (didn’t know this until I was in the bath) and the front desk was still asking if I actually needed one?! The front desk person Tony is a disservice to the Best Western brand. Very rude.

Due to flight change, looked for a hotel close to the airport and booked late at night, so not much research done. Travelled with 2 adults, 2 young kids. The room had two queen beds and was a good size for the 4 of us. no complaints on the hotel itself. The big weakness is the lack of a restuarance on site and any decent restaurants nearby. Next time need to spend more time on the location of restaurants nearby.
